I’ve only had watch batteries replaced, but I’ve brought in 3 different brands in the last month or so. These guys are awesome! Super fast. They don’t talk much, but are polite and I appreciate that. Stellar service. Just wished they stayed open maybe until 7 pm.

I’ve come to this place a couple times for minor repairs on my watches. Every time I’ve gone here, I am in and out and if the repair is something simple they won’t even charge. Great customer service. I will come here whenever I need something taken care of.

Quick and very reasonably priced! Went in for a watch battery and to have the band length adjusted. Walked out spending only $ 20.

Watch stopped keeping time so I knew I needed a new battery. Consulted Unilocal for a watch place nearby and found Rush Hour. Brought my watch in and the guy took it right away, tested the battery, confirmed it was almost dead and had it changed and ready to go all in about three minutes tops. Charged me $ 15 (the watch is a more expensive watch, otherwise batteries for standard watches run $ 7 and up). Parking was easy and free– it’s located in a mini mall with it’s own parking lot. Accepts credit cards.
Seriously, the only downside of this transaction was that it was so fast and smooth that I didn’t get a funny anecdote to Unilocal out of it. And for that, I’m actually a little sad.

Called about getting my favorite watch’s battery changed and they gave me a $ 10-​$ 15 estimate. In and out in under five minutes with a new battery and $ 10 lighter.

Quoted one low price for new battery over the phone, but once I got into this tiny little shop and pulled out my rather expensive Rolex, the battery price all of a sudden jumped 300%. My Rolex uses a standard battery so that was not cool.
Ended up overpaying because I was too lazy to take the watch elsewhere, but I won’t be coming here again since my regular guy charges $ 15.

10 minutes. 2 watches Replaced a battery, fair price.
Repaired hinge on a TAG. Mad fair price. 2^nd visit for repairs or batteries. Very good find of a store. My watch go to place now.

Located on W. Sunset Blvd on the corner in a small plaza called Sunset Fuller Plaza. Small parking lot available cuz it’s shared with other surrounding businesses. A security guard patrols the lot and seems to write down the car info of every car that parks there.

Truly lives up to their name «Rush Hour» cuz service was super quick and efficient. Told the guy I needed a new battery. Prices of battery vary depending on the Type of watch. He replaced mine on my Fossil watch for $ 8. I was literally in and out in about 5 minutes!

He wasn’t actually able to repair my particular item (belt buckle), but he pointed me in the direction of someone who might and was so nice. I’d definitely try here again for other watch/​jewelry needs.

Rush Hour is amazing! It’s a small shop and Dimitri knows what he is doing, and after 32 years in this business I would hope he would! Friendly, took care of the job in less than 20 minutes.
He adjusted two watches of mine for $ 15 while most other places I went wanted to charge me ~$ 20 for just one watch!
I will most certainly be coming here for all my watch and jewelry needs.

Dimitri is the only one I can trust fixing my Cartier watch. He knows what he is doing, he is reliable and honest.
I have gone to this little shop for at least ¹⁰⁄₁₅ years and I am so glad it is still there.

My car’s key fob was dead and I got the battery replaced and installed in five minutes. There’s a parking lot and access is super easy.

This place is a treasure. The owner/​operator is a charming guy with a Russian accent. Somehow, as a matter of genetics, he luckily/​unluckily inherited the gene that says you must not cheat people. Plus he is super — knowledgeable about watches.

This place is a excellent example of being able to stand on reputation. I Unilocaled looking for jewelry repair. found this place. I needed a older tennis bracelet fixed because a stone had feel out. He fixed and was a excellent price. Demetrie also replaced batteries in three watches for a good price. He was courteous and was able to have it repaired very quickly. I will definitely be back with any other repairs…

I went in here looking to have my 1960’s Rolex fixed (the pin had come out and could no longer be wound).
I was a little skeptical to take a watch like this in because it is so old, that any watch maker could charge an outrageous price just because people know so little about them.
To my surprise, the owner called, and said he could have it fixed for only $ 70, because there were no new parts needed! I was ecstatic. I then asked if he knew anyone that would want to buy it. He said his guy would be in this week, and he would see how much he could get for it.
Great ownership, fast service, and very affordable. I will be back in the future!

These guys are always courteous, prompt and affordable. I’ve gone to them numerous times with various issues I’ve had with watches and they always help me out in a timely fashion. Went in today for a battery replacement on my Victorinox and I was literally there for about 90 seconds.
They also charged about $ 30 less than a Victorinox repair would have cost and I avoided a 6 week wait for my watch to be returned by sending it out company direct. Great stuff, Rush Hour! Keep up the awesome work.

Not much to say. Needed a watch battery. $ 7 and thirty seconds later I walked out with a perfect new watch ticking away.
