History

Established in 1988.

RSC Business Group began its’ life in October of 1988 as a concept called Business Coaching and Life Design by Robert Chun. With blessing from his mentor, Steven Gabriel, it became RSC & Associates (RSCA) in 1991. It grew up serving sole practitioners, retailers, small artisans and start ups. As new members joined the company, RSCA became RSC Business Group, Inc. (RSCBG)

By 2004 it grew to include artists, executives, business owners, and firms of all types and sizes — among them retail businesses, construction companies, financial services, medical practices, management services, manufacturing, technical companies, marketing and public relations companies and much more.

RSC Business Group is now full service business coaching and consulting firm but we still believe that starting and owning a business is the fastest way to achieve success and freedom in life. We now live to make our world a better place through Business.

Master Business Coach Robert Chun spent more than 19 years perfecting our Proactive Business Coaching Process. Coaching since the late ’80’s, Mr. Chun was coaching small business owners long before there was a Business Coaching Industry. (He still tells stories about how he had to explain to everyone he met what Business Coaching was during the late ‘80s.)

His unique perspective and experience on businesses have allowed him to accurately predict mass behavior patterns of people in organizations and society. This knowledge has helped many companies improve their businesses, adjust their strategies and improve their structures as to prosper through changing times — both good and bad.

His ability to prototype and restructure businesses has had his clients achieve maximum profitability in the short term while accommodating for growth and expansion in the long term. Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Chun has lived in Los Angeles for over 47 years
