Great coffee, great atmosphere, and they finally figured out their wireless. One of my fave places on the danforth. 8am on the patio in the summer is great but there isn’t room for many so don’t come steal my spot.

I visited in the afternoon and got excellent service. My sister and I ordered an orange and pineapple smoothie and a kale, orange, and apple juice, so good! Owner was super friendly, welcoming, and open to any request. Would definitely recommend!

I love that this café is low key and quiet yet provides everything that you could need: fresh juice, caffeinated bevies, food, pastries. I have come here twice and both times there was a Spanish language learning group having their lesson, which I think is cool. The owners are Argentine, which is even cooler(I studied there and so have a soft spot for the country). They have a funky little store connected to the café with a lot of fun things to purchase. I bought a book of street maps that I haven’t seen since 1989 for a reasonable price. Best café on the Atwater Village strip, IMO!

Love this place! The owner is gracious and lovely. He’s from Argentina. I’de much rather grab a fresh squeezed juice here than a juice that’s been bottled from The Juice down the street!

Very cute place. He makes all the food with care. Place is very cozy, like being at someone’s home. We came here with my two girls and husband. We had the empanadas, brownie, iced mocha, and banana bread.

Mariano made me a seriously delicious sandwich. He clearly put a lot of thought into all of the components because it was fantastic. Small place but I highly recommend it. Also just FYI there’s a little second hand store attached run by someone else I suspect. And the art room is in the back.

Great little coffee shop. I ordered the beet carrot and celery juice. It was perfectly blended with fresh veggies and not too earthy or bitter. Earlier, i ordered a mocha and the owner used real chocolate. Its connected to a vintage shop so you can sip coffee and walk around. There is Always available street parking on this side of Atwater. Ill be back!

I found this lovely gem while wandering by the Atwater Library. What a lucky find! Mariano, the owner, is friendly and helpful. And the food is delectable and delicious. Today I had the exquisite quiche Lorraine without bacon(they had both) and honestly I have never eaten better quiche in my life. In the past I’ve enjoyed the banana bread but today I branched out to the lemon cake. So delicious! The subtle lemon flavor combined with the substantial cake made me so happy – it was perfect. I’ll try to remember to update as I eat more:-). Just ordered empanadas; other customers swear by them. Such a sweet and fun café. Highest recommendation.

Upon entering Restore you feel like you’re walking into someone’s kitchen, but not in an intrusive way. And the feel of homeyness extends to the service. I came here on a weekday morning for some much needed coffee and breakfast before venturing into work. There wasn’t a soul in sight when I first entered but as I peered in at the knick knacks for sale in the room adjacent to the coffee bar, a fellow emerged and greeted me. I ordered an iced coffee and then requested a fruit tart, but the fellow suggested I get a slice of lemon cake instead. I went with his recommendation and I’ll admit it was pretty damn tasty: just sweet enough, and slightly lemony, but it was a bit gritty in the texture department. The coffee, however, was great and gave me a much needed caffeine boost. If you feel like a taste of home with the atmosphere to match then definitely check out Restore.

First time coming to this little gem of a coffee shop in Atwater Village. Mariano(owner) was really great and accommodating. Nice atmosphere with free Wifi and the coffee was delicious. If you want an alternative to the other busy coffee spots in Silver Lake and Atwater Village, this is the one. They also serve fresh baked empanadas and juice. Bonus!

Great hidden little gem in Atwater Village! Had an iced coffee, peanut butter cookie, and two empanadas. Mariano, the owner, is super cool and friendly. There’s also free wi fi and a cute little shop next door. Love this place!

I tried the best Chicken Empanadas on this small(not so small) Café in Glendale. The place is new and the owner goes the extra mile to make you happy and make you come back. Good place to recommend. P/S: I had MATE and it was delicious

We had the Ham and Swiss sandwiches which were great and the owner brought us the spinach empanadas and caramel crepes(which are not on the menu but were amazing). Great lunch and the nicest owner you’ll ever meet!

This is a brand new independent coffee shop that I’m really happy is here. I had a great, huge and inexpensive espresso. He’s getting internet soon, so that will be good for lots of folks to hang out. The space is huge, clean, light and airy. I have high hopes for this place. He’s got plans for hand made sandwiches and juices. Please check it out and be kind as it’s just getting up and running. The owner is named Mariano and is cool. Support our local entrepreneurs!
