Whenever I need special items… they respond quickly. If I ever have problems, I can contact Craig and we work it out. We have been using them for seven years and found them to be very helpful. Love the Red Napkins… looks so Christmasy!

I’ve been with this company for over a year when they took over for my present linen company tri-​city linen they have done everything from stealing from me overcharging me charging you for women they delivered they have not given me don’t answer phone calls I’ll take your about is the money
the last straw was sending me linens that were unfolded and the reason was that they needed to cut costs I don’t know if they’re trying to get rid of me or they just don’t care about their business beware this company is horrible

UPDATE: The General Manager of the Long Beach location is Larry. He was immediately responsive to this review that I originally wrote after his team was a really negative experience. He rectified our pricing issues immediately, scheduled a meeting to adjust the previous invoices and handled it without a hassle. Thank you Larry.
I’m bummed I had to squawk to get to this point but I appreciate how he handled us from here on in so far. Hopefully it stays positive!

I wish I would’ve research this company before I signed a contract!!! after reading all the rest of reviews I’m so disgusted on the way this people continue to do business.
Here is my experience with them:
BILLING:
1. Be aware of billing, the rep will sell you the best price around and you may think you are getting a good deal… but no. They bill on 100% inventory which means you will get 100 napkins and they will bill you for 200. On top of that there is a charge in SMALL PRINT on your contract where you have to pay for 10% of loss at 210% the price you are paying for one napkin.
2. When you get your delivery CHECK THE BILL! and count what you receive in front of the driver. They will almost always short ship you and triple bill you. On top of that more than 30% of your delivery will be unusable… or what they call them REJECTS.
Which brings me to my next point.
CREDITS
1. They will NOT credit you on your rejects right then and there. Ohh no… there is a «process». Driver picks your rejects and they get sent to their warehouse where they get «Separated by company» and then they will send you a credit.
Mind this process takes 30 days (which is in your contract in small print) and most of the time you have to call and email and call again to the DM to make sure you get credited on the napkins you where OVER BILLED and unable to USE.
IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT. The best thing you can do is go with ANY other company.

Terrible company. Quality has always been an issue with this company and service has gone to hell in the last year. Management has made it clear they are more interested in screwing the customer than resolving issues. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

This will be my first review on Unilocal,and unfortunately I just had to find a way to let the world know how horrible RMC is in their service and their quality of product. This is the only way for me to actually vent this to anyone since no one at RMC actually picks up their phones to answer a call, especially not the managers. I have been having to monitor the bill for our company for the last 2 years because as everyone has already mentioned, they like to pad on the charges and when you call them out on it, then they want to act like «oh how did that get on there.» It is annoying to have to micro manage a stupid laundry bill, especially since the delivery is every week and it DOES NOT change, ever, so why should the bill change? That is what is so idiotic is that they don’t even think about the fact that if your bill and deliveries do not change in the amounts, then the dollar amount on the bill will remain the same, therefore if you charge me for extra crap, I will notice immediately. HELLO! Not only do they like to pad the bill but their quality of napkins is beyond inconsistent. I get maroon napkins delivered, I had no idea how many shades of maroon there could be. In addition, half of the time i have to pull out 10−15% of them to give back because they are not even suitable for our guests to use to wipe their faces or hands, they have lint all over them or they are stained. Once I even found a dead bug squished in between them. It’s like really, I have to pay for this? The communication efforts at RMC are nonexistent, and unfortunately that’s why I felt the need to express my dissatisfaction on Unilocal,because it isn’t like they have anywhere on their website or through an actual representative to actually let them know how you feel as their customer, probably because they don’t care. If you are considering using their services, really look around, their are better companies out there, and they are less likely to make you sign a 5 year contract to get service. Biggest mistake you could make.

One of the worst company you will ever deal with. They use bullying tactics and threaten you with lawsuits if you consider or complain of leaving them. The quality of linens is poor. You will find odd stains and hair in the linen. THINK 1000 times before you sign up with them.

WARNING, WARNING, negative 10 stars, the worst linen company ever! We switched to Alsco, after 3 years of unprofessional miserable experience with hidden charges on every invoice and horrible garment quality not even suitable for Auto-​Shops let alone for a sanitized environment like a Restaurant. It costs a lot of money having to hire an attorney and dealing with Arbitration because their copy of the contract will show a different expiration date than what they promised you. The operators running this company are very shady at best, they’re asking for a class action law suit!

I have have been using sheets and pillow slips rented by this company since 2003. During this period till today the services provided are excellent. Sometime in spite of all our efforts we receive complaints regarding spots or defects from our guests. Republic have solidly helped us overcome this problem by resolving all our genuine problems by giving us one of the best services in this industry in spite of all odd situations. At West covina Mr. David apart from providing best and regular services also explained lot of different issues which are very much important in hotel management. Rightnow at Gardena Mr. Jose Macias delivers the linens twice a week regularly. He has listened and resolved all our problems. He seems to take pride in working for his employer. He provides best customer service and best after sales service. The company needs to find out ways to avoid hair on the pillow slips so that we have not to separate them.
