I went here to try out the hour foot massage that includes head, shoulders, and face. The woman who was massaging me sounded like she had a cold and at one point wiped her nose on the back of her hand. If you’re going to massage my head and touch my face, please don’t be sick. I should have said something but I didn’t. I thought maybe it’s just allergies. The next day I got sick. sore throat and then total congestion which then led to an ear infection and $ 125 doctor bill. She massaged my face with her bare hands and then for my legs and feet she used gloves which felt strange and unpleasant against my skin.

Charles is a wonderful guy and gave me one of the besst reflexology treatments I have ever received. Both hand and, especially feet, felt refreshed and «awake» (for lack of a better term) for days afterwards. Will definitely use him again.

I am speaking from the heart, Charles is a healer and the Real Deal. He uses his reflexology practice as a way to heal our entire body and soul! I’m still vibrating from his healing touch four days later. After opening up my chakras, and then balancing them, I could feel my entire being lighten up yet fully relax at the same time. I’ve had reflexology before, but nothing came close to the way Charles gently yet firmly works with the feet on a deep level. He is very present and aware, and is therefore available to advise us on what we can do to better improve our life and our body. I am so grateful to Charles for being so caring and authentic!

Got the massage through a Groupon or Living Social Deal. My appointment was on a Saturday, and when I got to the place there was no receptionist there. I’m guessing a few of massessues share the space. I wasn’t sure if I was at the right place. I was waiting in the hallway, and I heard some people in one of the rooms. Charles was massaging another client and running about 10 minutes late. He’s a nice guy, but just some business aspects were sloppy. I told him I had to be somewhere and had to leave at a specific time. He told me he would let me know. Nope, I had to ask him for the time, and that was 10 minutes later then when he was supposed to notify me. Also, when facing down for the massage, I noticed the floors. They were dirty. On my way out, he handed me a bottle of water. It was a nice gesture, but when I looked at the cap, it had already been opened.

I first went to Charles because I have a lot of problems throughout my body because of both how I sleep and my job. The work he does on you is amazing! You talk, and he gives you a full rundown of your lifestyle and what changes could be made to help ease any pain. Next comes the COMPLETELY relaxing reflexology treatment. Whatever you’ve told him hurts… he whisks that pain right out of your body. Totally amazing! During one of my treatments I fell asleep a few times it was so relaxing. Ha! Your mind just goes some place else. Let me tell you… to get pain out of your body, Charles is the guy to go to!

I went to see Charles a couple of weeks ago and I still fill AMAZING!!! Charles is not only a reflexologist, he is a healer. Before my session, Charles took the time to sit with me and asked me about my complaints and about my daily routine. He gave me advice about nutrition, sleeping (my biggest complaint) and exercize. I was so amazed about his skills not only as a reflexologist, but as a healer. Charles is professional; he is courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. During the massage I was very relaxed. Like he said during the consultation «you will feel as if you are walking on clouds,» which is exactly how I felt. I highly recommend him, he is the real deal! Thank you Charles for sharing your wisdom with me and for your wellness advice! I will see you soon.

I had a enlightening session with Charles a few days ago an came away very impressed with not only his very capable massage techniques applied to my shoulders, neck and back as well as my feet but his breadth of knowledge in the homeopathic medicine and exercise fields. A very comphehensive reflexologist that i highly recomend to anyone requiring a «tune up» — I will be returning for sure.

I went to Charles because of a deal, which really made his massage a bargain. However, his regular rate is still reasonable. I truly had a great massage. He spent time on both full body and foot reflexology and I was so relaxed, I fell asleep. He has a technique that I really liked. When the massage was over, my feet felt like they were walking on air. It’s nice to be able to fully relax and as other reviewers have said, Charles also provides nutritional advice and overall wellness advice. Will definitely go back again.

Wow… what a great touch Charles has… strong…had to tell him to go easy on me as I am very sensitive… loved his input about my health and he had some great advice about my knee which I need surgery on. His touch was exactly what I needed. Will go back to him again. If you want regular foot massage go to a $ 20 Chinese place… If you want more of a healing and relaxing experience book with Charles… he is so worth it! Thank you Charles… see you again soon!

I have had plenty of reflexology treatments (and not just the foot rubbers) but none as thorough and relaxing as that delivered by Charles. I normally don’t sleep well due to an excess of energy, but after his treatment, my sleep is sound and deep. He is professional, kind, helpful and knows his craft well. In addition, you’ll be surprised by his broad knowledge on health, nutrition and fitness. If you are looking for excellent reflexologyt, run, don’t walk to Charles. You’ll be happy you did.

I recommend Charles as the very best healer and reflexologist I have ever experienced. His sessions not only relax me beyond any massage or other modality, but I sleep better, have reduced pain in my body, and renewed energy too. If you are considering reflexology stop your search now and call Charles. I would have never tried reflexology, but I got a gift certificate for Charles and decided to try it out. I am so glad I did! It was the best relaxation, stress reliever, and feel good experience I’ve ever had. I felt like I wasn’t even on earth during the treatment. It was like I had drifted into another world. I liked reflexology so much that I booked another reflexology treatment at a high end spa in Hollywood a few weeks later (sorry Charles), but I was sorry I did… it just did NOT compare, at all. I will never go to another reflexologist again!

Horrible customer service or should I say no customer service. I bought a livingsocial coupons and have left messages. They have not returned my calls. I have requested a refund from livingsocial. I would not not trust these people to touch me.
