Shaheen Ghazaly spent more than 7 year in IT World and many corporate establishments before deciding to start his own company. To be completely honest, I will not go anywhere else!
I can always trust Shaheen for any of my computer needs.
My first experience was a few years ago when my computer was shutting down and running slow. I had already gone to the geek squad just for a backup and felt like I got ripped off.
I immediately went online and found Rational Solutions.
Since then I have been one happy customer!
As it turned out my computer needed a hard drive replacement, Shaheen explained everything thoroughly and gave me an excellent quote to fix my computer. I had it back in a week with a full warranty, he even threw in some extras which he knew I needed at no extra charge.(Who does that?).
Over the years anytime I need computer service of any kind he is my «go to guy».
Shaheen is honest, knows how to trouble shoot, find and fix the problem. If I ever have any questions or concerns he always gets back to me in such a timely manner.
Just recently I had some newer computer repairs, and even though it took a few visits back to resolve all the issues, he was very patient and did not charge me extra for his time
(he backs up his labor also)…what a great guy!
Customer service at its best!
Every time I leave his office I think to myself, «you just don’t find that kind of service anymore». So many business out there are in it to make a fast buck, overcharge, don’t know what they are doing, or simply have the worst customer service.
You can tell he actually cares about what he is doing, knowing that for most of us our computers are our «life-​lines» generally speaking, holding years of information, pictures, memories and in many of cases used for work, school or both.
So thanks again Shaheen for getting me back on track once again!
And on an added note, Rational Solutions offers AVG Cloud Care Antivirus which I just added to two computers for two years. I highly recommend it also!

Extremely satisfied with the service at Rationale Solutions. After having a problem with my computer and being unsuccessful in fixing it, i was frustrated and decided to take it to them. I dropped off the computer at about 11am and received a call around 5pm telling me my computer was fixed.
The fact that my comp was fixed so timely was already good, but Shaheen took the extra steps to make sure I understood what the problem was and the steps he took to fix it. You could tell that Shaheen makes sure that each customer is satisfied, I will definitely be bringing my other frustrating problems to Shaheen!

These guys are life savers!!! I couple of months ago my iMac started making a funny clicking noise and after I tried to reboot, it just got stuck on a grey screen. Google informed me that this was probably a hard drive problem and since my last good backup was over a year prior, I was faced with losing all of my pictures and other data for the last year.
On the recommendation of a friend I gave Rationale Solutions a call and I’m very glad that I did.
I spoke with Shaheen and described the problem. He told me to bring my mac in and he’d check it out. At this point I had totally resigned myself with the idea that there was no way to fix it and that I’d probably lose everything.
Nope! Shaheen was able to recover my data and install a new hard drive so that my iMac was as good as new. I will hopefully never need this kind of service again, but I will definitely be bringing any problems I do have to Rationale from here on out.

«Awesome computer repair place, fixed my issue within 24 hours! Highly recommendable, will most defiantly come back.»
This was my first review, however after a few hours I noticed my frame of my computer cracked. This could have been due to the wrong size screen put into the computer, as well as when I click on certain websites the screen looks weird and funky. Moving forward, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of bringing it back.

My Lenovo Thinkpad had one of the fans die, and wouldn’t boot. I found this place on Unilocal,and Shane (who spells his name Shaheen) managed to fix it in 24 hours!
I dropped it off ~2pm on a Monday, he called me with a follow-​up ~4pm, I paid a little extra for overnight shipping on the heatsink and fan combo he needed to replace (apparently the old heatsink had cracked… probably any of the 20 or so times I’ve dropped this laptop), and by 2pm the next day it was working. The cost was $ 92 for parts and labor, which is impressive given how much shipping must have cost alone.
Some tips for finding them:
* They’re in the back of an «Executive Park» on the north side of Parthenia.
* The location on Google Maps is accurate but there is absolutely no sign for their business whatsoever, and the list of businesses on the sign inside the Park does not list them.
* To find them in said park, they’re in the northwest corner. Park back there and they are door «D.» They have the name of another business on their door, and there’s a small sign saying something about Intel on the window.
(To Rationale Solutions: Consider a sign.)
They’ll have you fill out a form to say what’s wrong with the computer, and give you a yellow copy to hang onto in case you need to prove its yours later (they remembered me so I didn’t need it).
They’ll need your password to sign on to the computer if you have one, so consider changing your password before visiting just to be smart about password security.
They installed all of the drivers I didn’t have installed on my machine via a tool they use. This is helpful if those drivers are any good, although in the case of Lenovo, several of the drivers are utter garbage (like the fingerprint driver), so it took me a bit to go through and remove the very worst from my machine. Nonetheless they did fix a video card issue by finding a very obscure driver I couldn’t find in the past, so this was a double-​edged sword.
And now a summary of the other computer fix-​it places in the Valley I tried, for contrast:
I went through the Lenovo Thinkpad service providers on
, contacted 4 of them, and basically the San Fernando Valley became an even weirder place than I’ve already taken it to be.
* Best Buy’s Geek Squad got me a half hour wait in line followed by being informed they could send it out to be repaired with a turnaround time of 2 – 3 weeks and they weren’t willing to give me a quote on the cost.
* A small vendor contacted me with emails telling me I should fix it myself, a risk I was trying to avoid.
* Another said when I called that «the technician» was scheduled for the next several months.
* Another said that if I wanted to fix it I needed to leave it with them for a week.
* The weirdest was a place in Montrose where a lady answered who didn’t seem to know she worked at a computer repair shop, but when I asked about her computer repair services she seemed to just be playing along. Perhaps a house of improv.
