Shaq is very helpful and knowledgeable. He goes the extra distance. Good smart kinda guy you hope to find when you walk into a RadioShack.

I walked in with a dead battery in my remote car entry key, expecting clueless salespeople and overpriced batteries, at best. Instead, folks there were actually helpful, and knowledgeable, and sold me the right battery in no time. Not a big deal, but what I appreciated was that they offered me to use their tools, which appeared from behind the sales counter, to actually change the battery, and they knew what they were doing. Now, I am talking about a $ 5 item here, but having the staff’s help made all the difference and kept me from driving home, looking for a screw driver, yade yade yade. I guess they did what an electronics store is/was supposed to do, simple stuff, but it made the difference. Thanks! Recommended!

Well i usually love Radio Shack but this experience was the worst ever. EVER. The sales manager who goes by a name starting with Y is hateful and unprofessional. I thought I was being a little harsh with her so I even apologized and she STiLL copped attitude. Won’t shop here again.

Yanera(sp) was incredibly helpful. Right off the bat she knew the pricing as well as put the items at the counter for me to pick up when I came in. Sometimes, it’s the simple things

I just purchase 2 simple 2032 batteries for $ 13 at radio shack. I then looked on Amazon, the same 2 name brand batteries shipped $ 1.82. Even Best Buy was half the price, 2 for $ 6.50. I then returned the batteries. What a rip off Radio Shack. Who would want to do buiness with such over the top markups. If it was a $ 1.00 or $ 2.00 more I would not deal with ordering it. The customer service was also very unfriendly when I returned the items.
