Wow!!! The most amazing experience. I live in another state and was trying to assist my mom with and her needs it of state. Rachel made is so easy for me to arrange from another state. Someone was out yo us in less than an hour and she was efficient. Lisa Lord was amazing and represented Rachel very well. We overlooked

I just used the traveling notary services of Rachel Mintz today and she was amazing! We were in a bind at the office and needed a notary to meet me at a City agency to have a document notarized. I called, she answered the phone, confirmed the job, I texted her the location/​time; she confirmed via text; she showed up right on time. Rachel was professional, super efficient and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her for your notary needs. Before checking on Unilocal and finding her, I called another business — no one answered the phone, nor answered email, 3.5 hours later I received an email response and I happily told them I found another business to work with. Simply put, Rachel is the goddess of mobile notaries. We use a mobile notary service in our office a couple of times a quarter and most notaries are good with no complaints but nothing out of the ordinary. Working with Rachel Mintz Mobile Notary Service was a great experience.
I called Rachel at about 8:30 pm for an 8 am next day appointment. She was very professional & polite for it being that late at night. She wasn’t able to schedule the appointment herself but set me up with Lisa.
Lisa arrived promptly a little before 8 and was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She spent about an hour in the office and will forever be remembered as the best notary that’s ever come to the office.

For everyone who thinks that good service is a thing of the past, meet Rachel Mintz, mobile notary extraordinaire. I contacted her from the other side of the country (I work for an east coast law firm) when one of our foreign clients needed a document signed and notarized by a company in LA that didn’t have a notary on staff. She was available, responsive, professional, abundantly accommodating, and made a my job a breeze.
I’ll spare you the gory details, but I’m fairly certain that the task we hired her for was a bit of a nightmare, never mind that we were coordinating it from afar and it had to be done like yesterday. Rachel stepped in and navigated less-​than-​cooperative personalities, challenging logistics, and even served as a runner to get the signed & notarized documents to Fedex for us so that they would make it to our foreign client in time for a key deadline. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in contact and kept me apprised of developments, and took changes and twists and turns in stride. All pro. I can’t wait until we have need to use her again.
