History

Established in 2013.

As Lesley quickly grew her Pilates business she took over as Studio manager of Equinox Westwood. Realizing that her sales and management skills were necessary to growing a studios business Lesley dedicated her time to helping other teachers grow their business.

Upon becoming a Lululemon Ambassador Lesley began using Goal Setting and coaching to help teaches set attainable goals that kept them on the path to their vision.

Lesley also saw a need for those thinking of becoming an instructor to have a way to navigate all the schools of Pilates. Then after apprentices had completed their program Lesley saw a gap. All this knowledge… Now WHAT?

Lesley wrote and published Profitable Pilates for new teachers, and experienced Pilates Instructors to help them see all the different ways they can grow as teachers.

Lesley immediately loved the discipline Pilates demanded and its focus on core strength to gain better posture, length and flexibility. After her first class, she knew that she found her passion, and began taking classes incorporating the reformer, mat, and other apparatus. Shortly thereafter, Lesley began her training to receive her certification as an instructor with Power Pilates in Beverly Hills, CA. She continues to further her understanding of the practice by attending workshops taught by Master teachers. She is a Lead Teacher Trainer for The Equinox Pilates Institute and is a Lululemon Athletica Ambassador! Lesley was awarded Best of the Best Pilates by Los Angeles Magazine 2013.
