I started going to Alex for my health goals because I saw the results all his clients were achieving. Not only were they losing weight, getting lean and tight, and getting results, but they didn’t seem depleted, or starving. They still had all their energy. After having competed in 4 NPC Bikini shows, I became injured due to a work out regimen that was over training me, and I was following a crash and burn diet. I later had to take almost a year off from even working out because I had to rehabilitate a tear I sustained to my acetabular in my right hip. After having X-​rays done on my hip, I later learned that I also have Hip Dysplasia. This was a life changer for me. I used to compete and now I could barely work out.
I had to come to terms with the fact that my body wouldn’t allow me to do the things I used to. So in order to still be happy with my health my body, I needed my nutrition to improve significantly.
