Specialties

PHCC-​GLAA Training Program offer four year apprenticeship programs in both Plumbing and HVAC/​R with specialty classes throughout the year including Backflow. Refresher courses are also available for those renewing their Plumbing Journeyman licenses.

PHCC-​GLAA Training Program has been in existence since 1968 and is an industry resource to educate those interested in entering the PHC trades.

PHCC-​GLAA is the Los Angeles affiliate of the National PHCC head quartered in Fall Church, VA. PHCC was founded in 1883 making it America’s first trade association. PHCC-​GLAA began in 1906 to promote the trades and safety of Los Angeles’ water supply. PHCC-​GLAA and it’s training program are non-​profit community resources serving the citizens of the Los Angeles Area.

We are the Los Angeles local of America’s première trade group for the plumbing-​heating-​cooling professional. PHCC has more than 3,500 open and union shop contractor members who successfully manage businesses in residential service and new construction, commercial and industrial markets. PHCC-​GLAA was established in 1906 to promote, educate and advance the PHC industry while protecting the health, safety and environment of the Los Angeles Area.
