Unfortunately for you… it was you.
Your offer to redo the pictures has come WAY TOO LATE. I obviously got them done elsewhere after you said you wouldn’t redo them at the time. Why would I go back to you now? The sad fact is that it would have taken all of 2 minutes of your time to redo them and you have probably spent more time replying to my post and direct messaging me. You told me it wasn’t your fault at the time and I needed a letter the Canadian government saying that it was your fault (are you kidding me) You should just honor what I was telling you was truthful.
My biggest gripe wasn’t even the fact the pictures had to get done again, I get it… specific requirements can be really tricky for official documents. I don’t know the exact requirements which is why I used your professional service… MY PROBLEM I experienced was the really bad customer service and you were rude to me. The fact you wouldn’t redo them without a letter is really unreasonable. You work in this industry and am sure 50% of the time it is not your fault they have to get done again… you have to deal with it though and redo them! You chose to work in the ‘passport picture’ industry and you shouldn’t leave your clients hanging and paying again for pictures they already have had done. A digital image is free, you should do it as many times as it takes until the passport office accepts it.
I hadn’t actually seen your reply until now as I am not checking my Unilocal account every 5 minutes, I actually travel for two-​thirds of the year. I hope from here on you honor everyone else who has them rejected from your service.

This place deserves 5 stars. Ben put me at ease and calmly assured me he could have my passport turned around in 2 – 3 days when I showed up a complete wreck about my sudden travel requirements. He was true to his word and sure enough, I was all set and ready to go with my new passport as promised. Life saver!
Note there is a fee based on how quickly you need the passport turned around but it is reasonable and well, well worth it – especially when you can avoid dealing with the crowded passport bureau on Wilshire. I recommend coming to see Ben for passport renewal even if you don’t need it expedited because you will get VIP-​level service.

Apparently, people can’t do their job anymore. It’s not like he’s wasting film. All he has to do is click, connect and upload. Is it that hard? He had no customers waiting behind me nor was the phone ringing.
I hate passport photo places. If they’re good, they’re over $ 30 (which is ridic for two photos), and if they’re less than$ 15, they are so rude and can’t do their job.
This is the latter, obviously.

I went to PDS to get passport photos. It was very clean, the owner was very professional, and it took about fifteen minutes in total. Definitely recommend.

My girlfriend and I needed passport photos, so we walked into Passport & Document Solutions. It took about two minutes for BOTH our passport photos to be taken, and even less time to be processed and printed. We were out of there in ten minutes tops, very satisfied with the photos and were charged a very reasonable price. Customer service was exemplary as well.

On their website they say the take photo for foreign passport but, in fact, they only take 2×2 photo (US passport)… I’m quite disappointed…

Such great customer service. I needed a passport ASAP but had absolutely no time to spare before my trip. I showed up with out an appointment 2:00 pm with no idea I had to make an appointment at the USPS before hand. Not only did Benny pull a few strings to get me an appointment before the 3 pm cut off time, He explained the entire process and helped me choose what worked best for me. I chose the 5 business day since my trip is fast approaching, had my passport in 3. Would recommend if your looking for great and speedy service!
