NOTE TO ALL PALMELA G’s LOYAL CUSTOMERS! I just spoke with Palmela today and she is doing very well and is in good health. About 18 months ago, she had the opportunity to embark on a passion project regarding rescue animals and she is very happy with what has come from this. As a result she had to take a brief hiatus from swimwear to focus full time on her project.
You will be very happy to know that Palmela G did mention that once her project is finished she is very excited to start making swimwear for all of her wonderful and loyal customers again. Prices are a little steeper than most swimwear stores but not by much considering you’re getting something custom fit to your shape. Totally worth it!

I bought a gift card from Pamela for a custom swimsuit for my girlfriend. I originally called and left a message which was promptly returned. She was polite and courteous, and gave me all the information I needed including an accurate quote ($ 160 for a one piece, max). After purchase via phone I asked to have my gift card mailed via USPS and it arrived day of order with my receipt, and a gift bag (nice touch)! My girlfriend hasn’t gone in for the suit fitting yet and I’ll update when she does but as of now if I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you Pamela for showing me customer service is alive and well.

After buying numerous suits and shops from low end Target, Diane’s and Everything but Water and never having anything that fit properly, I decided to bite the bullet and get a custom suit. I wound up not spending that much more than Everything but Water, but these suits are tailored to my body. I was like a kid in a candy store with all the fabric selections and fit options. Palmela is professional, has a great turnaround and makes you feel as comfortable as can be trying on suits. Once she has your measurements, all you need to do is call for another. I’ll be calling… I’m hooked.

I’m SO grateful for Palmela! I have always had issues finding a nice, great fitting bathing suit and it’s been very frustrating! Finally, after having to buy mediocre suits and never being satisfied with them, I found Palmela G! She is simply amazing and does such an incredible job making sure the custom suit is perfect for you! During my appointment, she took a lot of time with me and made sure I was happy with everything, step by step. She’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly what works best for every body type. She made me feel great and sexy and my swit suit turned out to be beautiful and i love it!!! She even had me step out of my comfort zone a bit in terms of fabric/​style and I’m so happy she did. Overall, wonderful experience!!!
