Friendly staff and very fast! Dr. Michael Leb is the best OBGYN here hands down. Don’t think he does deliveries anymore but he sure helped me thru my pregnancy until I got to a certain month then recommended me to one of his friend doctors that do deliveries. They give you an ultrasound at every visit. Not like other clinics that don’t have equipment. They have it all plus it’s super clean. Love it! Thank you!

I am so thankful I have Dr. Leb. He is kind and knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. His staff is very nice. I know they are a very busy clinic so there is only so much they can do but they are certainly spread pretty thin. My care is not the most organized and I have to stay on top of them a lot to ensure my questions are answered and issues resolved. But all in all a great free clinic, and a wonderful service provided.

Staff is very friendly but that is all they have going for them. They were very disorganized when it came to my records and lab results.
First, I am told I cannot get my results over the phone, but I must come in. So I come in the next day and they can’t find my file or my lab results. Second, they tell me they are at the Pico location so I should go there. I call the Pico location and it is closed. Third, I call the Venice location back asking for the number to the laboratory they use to confirm my labs were done and they did not just pocket my money. They refuse to give and say they will call back. I get a voicemail message saying they HAVE MY LAB RESULTS.
Really???
Listen I get this is one of those free clinic places, but my labs were not free. I paid $ 200+ for 4 labs. I could have driven down to USC and for $ 350, I could have avoided wasting my time and avoided getting so worked out wondering about my results. I am a cash patient. I have no insurance.
This place is great if you have no place to go and have no insurance or money.
I will thank God everyday that I have the option to go elsewhere.
I will be picking up my labs tomorrow morning. Hopefully they are actually there.

I’ve been going to Pacifica for 5 years now and love it. Dr. Judy is awesome. She always makes me feel really comfortable where I normally would not. She always keeps me up to date on the latest things and she makes it easy for me to ask questions. I live super close and they usually see me right away so it’s definitely convenient!
Staff is super friendly too. Highly recommended!

Dr. Judy is an extremely amiable professional! I felt so comfortable asking her questions! I’m so glad to have been referred to her. The staff is also extremely helpful… even when one is indecisive about pharmacy locations. ;)

Very helpful staff. I went here recently and the nurse was extremely amiable. The fact that held my hand through my entire procedure really meant a lot to me. Its rare that you go any where these days and the staff makes you feel comfortable. regardless of the situation.

I have been seeing Judy for about 10 years and love her! Very kind and caring, I must say. The staff is also usually pretty good. They are usually great at getting me in right on time. Close to the 405, which makes it practical.
