Amazing front desk staff, assistant and doctors! I came here for teeth cleaning and my teeth are now sparkly and as clean as ever. I also got a wisdom teeth removed w/​o any pain or swelling! The process took about 10min total too! It was also 3x-​4x cheaper than the previous dentist I had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!
P.S: They validate parking for up to 4 hours I believe.

I got my teeth cleaned today by Sailun (sp?) And it was great. I HATE going to the dentist. The last time I went was 3 years ago so you can imagine how much I was dreading the cleaning scheduled for today. She was great. She walked me through everything and made everything as painless as possible… actually look forward to flossing and taking care of my teeth hah! See you in 6 months! Tips for anyone getting their teeth cleaned. Take headphones… if you don’t have any stop by daiso downstairs buy a pair for 3 bucks. Beats having to listen to the drill. The office is nice and clean and you can tell they only use top of the line products.

I got my wisdom teeth extracted here and the procedure was fast, efficient, and as painless as it possibly can be. I heard a lot of horror stories of wisdom teeth removal before coming to my appointment; for instance, it took some of my friends 3 hours for the dentist to extrapolate one tooth, many had a bad swollen jaw, some couldn’t eat anything but yogurt for a week. To make matters worse, I watched many wisdom teeth removal procedures on YouTube before going to my appointment… and damn, it looked painful (don’t ask me why I did it… I thought it would make me feel better). After those videos, I stocked up on yogurt, ice packs, pain analgesics… (you could tell I was really nervous…)
BUT Dr. Koo does MIRACLES. I got two of my wisdom teeth removed within the span of 15 minutes (if you subtract the time they numb your teeth). 15 MINUTES! (and my teeth were not the nice teeth that go straight up and down… but the teeth that grows sideways… the teeth where they have to break into little pieces to take out…) Anyway, 15 MINUTES! What the heck! Either my friends are all liars or this periodontist is super legit. Also, it only took 2 – 3 days for the pain in my teeth to go away, no abnormally swollen jaw, and my teeth were not really in pain when I ate (in fact, the day I got my wisdom teeth removed… I ate bread, chips, soup, ice cream) LOL
Anyway, I highly recommend this office if you need your wisdom teeth removed. (And as a plus, the price range for taking out your wisdom teeth aren’t as ridiculous as other places)

Everything about this place is amazing. Their x-​ray is machine is top of the line and literally takes 10 seconds to complete. Their staff is wonderful. Elizabeth always greets everyone with a smile and provides amazing service to all the clients. Jennifer, the manager is very knowledgeable. She always answers all my questions and puts me at ease with any concerns I have. Dr. Choe, who is outstanding in his field, has so far removed 2 of my wisdom teeth (right, top and bottom) and the procedure was pain free and no complications. I’ll be getting my braces with them this week. I believe Dr. Choe will be the one doing the entire procedure, so I’ll update my Unilocal review to tell everyone my experience. :)

The best dentist I’ve been to in years. I went in for a broken front tooth and I can’t be more satisfied with the result. I went to the UD dental group across the street about a year ago for the same problem but they did a poor job of fixing my teeth so I was getting stains where they put in the filling and it broke off in about a year. The new filling feels nice and smooth and looks much better. The office is clean and appears brand new. The staff and the doctors are cordial and professional. I highly recommend One dental group.

So happy to have found Dr. Song Hoe Koo, a periodontist and prosthodontist at One Dental Specialties who worked on me today.
There is a quality about Dr. Koo’s approach and skills that is hard to put into words, it goes beyond his excellent education and credentials — it’s a rare combination of hard-​earned skill plus having his heart and mind focused on his patient’s well-​being.
I had initially gone to a different periodontist for a consultation who was also recommended and for very specific reasons I didn’t trust this other doctor. I searched and am so happy to have found Dr. Koo! I asked my dentist about him and it turns out she went to USC with him and said he is an «excellent and highly skilled clinician».
Dr. Koo took the time to answer all of my questions before we began and came out to speak with me again before I left the office. Perhaps because I am an artist, I can sense when someone is highly skilled with their hands, especially when they are working on me! I am certain that I will have the best outcome possible because I went to this excellent doctor.

This was my first trip to this office and the first thing I noticed was the beautiful modern office. I came all the way down from Sacramento for an appointment and they certainly did not disappoint. Sailun was my hygienist and she was excellent at making me feel comfortable during the appointment. As for the cleaning itself, Sailun’s attention to detail was as good as it gets! I’ve been to offices where appointments last about 30 – 40 minutes. My appointment here lasted well over an hour and that showed a lot about their service quality for their patients. If you have time to make it here for an appointment definitely do so! You will be extremely happy you did!

This was my first time going to the dentist in about four years due to having a bad experience with my previous dentist.
The receptionists were really kind and helpful in booking my appointments. They even gave me a reminder call before my appointment day.
Before being seen by the dentist, I was taken in to take an X-​ray. Then I was seated in a room with my X-​ray displayed on a screen. The doctors I met were all meticulous in their work and answered my questions patiently. The office has an orthodontist, periodontist, prosthodontist, and general dentist, so you can ask to see whichever doctor is best suited for your needs.
I’ve also received a teeth cleaning from the hygienist. She made me feel at ease, and my teeth felt so much cleaner afterwards!
Overall, their office was clean and high-​tech. All the staff I met were friendly and courteous. I will definitely be coming back here!

This was my first visit to the dental office. My experiences with everyone employed in this office were 100% positive.
The examination room was clean, spacious, bright, and airy; and filled with modern equipment. The dental technician took dental x-​rays before notifying the dentist that I was ready to be seen for my dental examination. She was very friendly and professional, making me at ease as a new patient (thank you!). The dentist reviewed my dental x-​rays and examined my teeth. He told me all of my treatment options and gave a detailed explanation of why certain treatments are necessary. He was communicative and knowledgeable. During the treatment (tooth-​colored filling), the dentist was very gentle and very dedicated to the care.
Everyone was professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. I think this place provides the best service in town. Highly recommended!

I originally am from Northern California and basically went to one home dentist my whole life… so when I moved down here and had to get dental treatment done I was very scared. I’m really grateful I found this place because the the doctors, dental assistants, receptionists, and manager are awesome and super professional. I went here initially because my friend referred me (she previously went to a different dentist that told her she has two cavities, but after getting a check up here she realized she had one cavity (the other was a stain) the thing I like about one dental is that they are very truthful and only give you treatment that is needed). I would definitely recommend to friends and family. :) thanks one dental!

This place is Amazing! I was looking for a dentist close to work and I saw the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I went in for a regular check up since I hadn’t been to a dentist is 5 – 6 years (embarrassed to say). The receptionist was very friendly and I was seen on time. Time was important seeing as how I was on my lunch break. Vicky was the young lady that helped me shes GREAT! Very nice and friendly. She took my x-​rays and had me see the doctor. Doctor was nice as well let me know exactly what was going on and explained what I needed. Happy to say that even though I had not been to the dentist in so long I had 0 cavity’s! YAY ME.
After the consultation it was determined that I needed a regular cleaning on the top and a deep cleaning in the bottom. Vicky was great and I felt no pain on the top teeth. Overall great experience and I booked my appointment for the deep cleaning.
Went in today a week later for the deep cleaning and again service was top notch. I was a little scared seeing as how I have never done a deep cleaning and I heard horror stories on how its painful. I wasn’t seen by Vicky this time but the girl that helped today was just as nice. I didn’t get her name though. She was friendly and main the experience very pleasant. She new I was a little nervous so she really did her best to make sure I was at ease. I loved how she explained everything she was doing every step of the way! At the end I asked how to go about a braces consultation and she actually was able to have me seen that same day so I wouldn’t have to make another trip! Talk about going above and beyond in customer service.
I am so happy with the service her and cant wait to get my braces on. Got back to work and recommended them to my co-​worker since she was looking for a place for her son. Look no further, drop by and make the appointment here, you wont be disappointed.

Came here for my wisdom tooth extraction and this place definitely deserves their 5 star review. One Dental is clean, efficient and friendly. On top of all that they messaged me on kakao over the weekend to follow-​up after my extraction, that’s attention to detail right there.

I was having a hard time finding an orthodontist for an emergency retainer fix and almost gave up. Luckily and thankfully, I found this dental office on Unilocal.Everyone there is extremely helpful and kind! Also, every person I spoke with was very knowledgable and patient with my questions. Dr. Choe was great and fixed the problem I had quickly. I will be going here for my routine check-​ups and procedures from now on.

My family and I have been going to this place for years. Their customer service is always on point and they always cater to the customer’s preferences and satisfaction. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. They all seem to genuinely care about my experience and my health.
I have come here several times for check-​ups and scaling. I have a pretty low pain tolerance and whenever I get scaling, they are very careful and always warn me when they will be working around more sensitive areas around my teeth.
The interior is very clean and modern. Parking is convenient and they offer 4 hours of free parking validation. The workers here are very fluent in both Korean and English. Ive been to several dentist clinics around koreatown, and One Dental Specialties is the only place I would highly recommend!

They actively reached out and helped the whole process. The person (Jennifer) in charge came back after her sick days and she was able to go through all the details of information and assured the best quality of treatment. My treatment will include the whole package they possibly provide with their services so it is good to do some other reviews going forward for the ones who are agonizing finding a good dentist like I was until yesterday. Anyways, Jennifer was nice and very helpful. I asked lots of questions; she answered all of them in a polite/​pleasant manner. (Thank you!)Now it is my time to go start the big «construction» process… sigh.

This place is in Madang plaza/​CGV movie theater. Park in the same structure and get a validation before you leave.
Service:
First of all, this place wasn’t my first choice. I went to a different place in Beverly Hills — didn’t like it — Unilocaled this place — in the process of getting things done.
I was looking for a periodontist (Dr. Koo) because of my gum condition and I haven’t been to a dentist in a while so I was pretty nervous. The periodontist here did a great job and I feel much cleaner now. Will be getting it done periodically.
I’ve seen 2 different receptionists work here and they are both courteous and kind.
I hate taking xrays the oldie way but they have a new xray machine so it makes things easier for me. There’s also a monitor in front of your chair so you can see your xray before the treatment.
My only thing is that they are pretty busy especially on Saturdays. Since I work full time, I can’t make it on weekdays if they don’t open extended hours on weekdays. Whenever I try to make an appointment, it’s usually like 3 weeks to over a month wait. I mean the receptionists try to accommodate but every single time I try to make an appointment, I get a bit annoyed. Not sure what can be done about it but there needs to be some kind of solution.
Overall, I would recommend this place to Unilocalers!

Best dentist experience! I had to get all four wisdom teeth extracted here and people were completely amazed that my face didn’t swell up that much. Yes, it could vary from person but the pain didn’t last that long. Also, I’m getting my braces done here and the staff are super friendly and my dentist is very helpful in explaining every little question I ask since I was freaked out about coming to the dentist. They also work with you on payments which is nice since braces are not cheap and going to the dentist overall is very costly. I recommended this place to several people who all ended up going and all thanked me for recommending such a good and professional place.
I highly, highly recommend this place!
