Had heard a lot of good reviews about this place but unfortunately they weren’t quite true. Weren’t greeted quite well. The establishment is dirty. I ordered the mussels with garlic(spicy). The sauce was good but way too much minced garlic– not eatable. Low quality mussels. The seafood stew that my friends order was good– except that it was lukewarm. I’m sorry but won’t return.

I’ve been coming to this place for almost 20 years. I’ve always loved it here. But today was completely different. We didn’t get good service. And it wasn’t really busy. They didn’t offer any water. My mom and grandma ordered coffee and they didn’t even offer refills like they usually do. That’s not even the worst part. There was hair in the chili. And a piece of hair in my grandmas food. And to make things worst it took them almost 10 mins to come over to our table to fix the problem. I think this will probably the last time I come here.

This place is over rated, I been coming here for 25 years, the last few years it’s been getting worse service. The waiters don’t speak English or Spanish. Just an awful experience. Reminding my self not to come here anymore. Not to mention, it’s always full of salvadorians(serotes), taking pictures like if they’re at Disneyland.

This place is really good. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. They have great prices and are fast with the orders. The service is ok but the food makes up for it. If you go on the weekends be prepared to wait a little. Parking is good when there not busy. Over all its a real good place to eat!

If I was giving a rating just based on the food, I would give them a 4. I ordered the pad Thai and the Tom yum soup. The soup was good but not the best I’ve had, I’ve had better. The pad Thai was really good and came in a big portion. The servers didn’t come by to see how I was doing or to ask if I needed more water. I didn’t notice it though bc I was so hungry, until I didn’t have any more water left and the cup was small in the first place. This is not the reason why I’m bumping two stars. The reason is bc I gave the cash for the bill and asked the waitress if I could get change. The bill was like 19.08, and I put down 25 $. She never came back and when I went up to the cashier for change I heard the waitress utter something under her breath and they ended up giving me 5 $ instead of 5.92 which is weird bc this never happens. So she pretty much knew I asked for change but pretended not to understand me. Eff that. Shady ass people…

I have gone here to eat for years it’s sort of a family tradition. After a graduation or a big event we go here. The sea food soup is bomb! And the orange chicken too. The noodles did take a bit simple the last time I went. But it never fails to satisfy. I only wish the parking lot wasn’t so complicated it’s a bit of a struggle to find parking at times

This place is always packed. Their food is very good and prices are reasonable. My favorite is the BBQ wonton soup. Oh my, delicious. We do not come as often as we did as it is a little further from where we live but definitely worth the drive.

Increased prices since 2011, though the quality has not. So – beware. Go else where.

The best Thai place in LA. I grew up coming to Ocha Classic for special occasion dinners during my childhood. Classic dishes include the spicy seafood soup(make sure to ask for the hot chili sauce in oil and a pot of white rice), combination chow mein and friend rice. Oh, and Thai iced tea!

I had the Thai curry here and it was meh. It doesn’t seem that authentic. A lot of ppl are just here to have a cheap lunch or a cheap dinner it seems. The food wasn’t all that good.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the food is good. I gave a bad review because I found out the waitresses don’t split the tips with the bussers or kitchen staff. Don’t tip big!

I would recommend getting the seafood soup for that it tastes amazing and it is a very cool fiery show. Everything is family style portion so come hungry with good company. The seafood taste better when you add some hot steam white rice and with their red sauce(chilled pepper or the liquid chilly one) it gives it more flavor to it. Ocha’s restaurant Is one of my favorite sea food restaurant :)

Service could be better and people that work there can be more gracious. The seafood soup was to lemony and I slightly choked on the chili flakes. I did like the pad thai but I have had better. Mom ordered fried rice and chow mein. Would try again for the soup because I know the lunch rush made the chef have a heavy hand on the lemons, but there are better Thai places for sure.

Love coming to this place!!! The service is great and fast. The food is delicious and well priced. One of my favorite places to eat in the LA area!!! You have to pay $ 5 for parking which is the norm in LA.

Been here during a vacation, and this place made it much better. Walked in and we were greeted and led to a nice table. Our table didn’t have any condiments and napkins on it though… but no problem, I just asked them for some. Ordered fried rice with chicken and it was BOMB. The flavors mixed well together and I didn’t need to add any sauce because the flavors were THAT perfect. My boyfriend ordered seafood soup. I’m not a fan of seafood but when I tried it, I didn’t mind. It was surprisingly tasty. The servers asked us how the food was once in a while so if you don’t want to be bothered, that can be a problem. I gave four stars because the waiter messed up our orders, but that was quickly resolved. Overall, I recommend anyone to eat here.

Came here last night with another couple an hour before it closes. It was not filled at all. we ordered: –fried wonton: deep fried wonton with a small piece of meat inside. Served with sweet and sour sauce. Not that amazing. would not order again. –shrimp fried rice: about 4 – 5 pieces of shrimp and rice tasted dry. Not as flavorful at all. –combination fried rice: combo of chicken and beef. Has mainly rice and it was dry also. –7 seafood soup: The soup is sour and has lots of fish filets(probably frozen), a crab leg, few pieces of squid. I’m sure all of them are all frozen. I did not like the taste of the soup at all. But my friends liked it so we ordered it. –Thai Iced Tea was really sweet that I had to add water to mix it in. Don’t think we would come back here to this located again. Food was bad and service was not good. They did not come and serve us more water. We waved our hands to call for attention but they just ignored us like we were just weird.

Wow what a hidden gym this place is delicious and very cheap. The people are friendly and the food is amazing. All the dishes are large portions so you only need to order one of each for example a noodle dish, rice dish, meat, seafood, and the soup. Mad my friends and I walked in we were greeted politely and showed to our table. When the waitress took are order she asked if we could move to another table because we ordered a lot of food and she wanted us to be comfortable. I will definitely return to this place in the near future. :) I would suggest parking behind the building or there is a parking lot for five bucks at the next light only because the parking is scarce.

Can’t hate on this place. They have an awesome wantan soup! I really like this spot because it’s a fusion of Thai and Chinese which stays open Til late. Kudos for that. Service is kinda crappy and place gets full of people mostly large families with may delay service If it’s late and you’re wanting this type of food, I say go for it! You won’t regret it.

Man oh Man!!! Cheap!!! Delicious!!! Quick!!! What more do you want. They give you a lot of food for a really good price. Every single time that I come here I have to get the seven sea soup which is a must try when coming here. Also, the mixed chow mein has such a good flavor to. The steamed white rice to combine it when the soup, which I put the rice in the small bowl and then pour soup over it yummy! I then get the fired wonton with the sweet and sour sauce, wow that is just perfect.
