This place honestly is in a great location. I sometimes or my fiancée sometimes has to Come here as a last resort. If we are exhausted or In a rush we Come here for something small. 1) they don’t accept cards unless it’s a 10 dollar or more purchase. 2) like other people have said. Very overpriced. I would bet if their prices were more fair that they would have more sales. But greed breeds content. 3) the staff isn’t the friendliest or meanest people but I guess when there is a language barrier it’s not easy to communicate. For a business which caters to upper class and kids you would think they would smile more often? I think they could do a lot better in sales and retention if they brought down their prices and smiled more. Just a personal opinion.

Hahahah, this place. Yeah, this is where we go when we can’t even bother walking down the street to the liquor store. Everything’s overpriced but it is a 5 minute walk versus a 10 minute walk, crossing traffic to the liquor store. On the plus side, because so many actors stay here, there’s an assortment of higher end stuff like decent wine and cheeses. Unless you’re looking for parm from like the green can. You’ll just have to make do with part-skim low fat shredded mozarella to sprinkle on top of your pasta! The deli selection is small but the cole slaw is passable if you don’t like the look of the old bag salad or the wrinkled apples in the case. Gotta have that fiber!

Yes, things are overpriced here, but you pay for convenience. When I lived at Oakwood and didn’t feel like hopping in my car to get a few items from the store I’d just walk over to the clubhouse store. They have everything from fresh fruit to cake mix to sushi.
