Being in a construction field, I know how difficult is the finishing job. It is the only phase of the construction where I do not want to be in place of those guys, because they cover all the flaws of the rest of the construction. Installing counter-tops and other stone, tile, flooring, is a part of finishing process. Working with Noy Enterprises; with every project, I ended up with satisfactory results. I do highly recommend them.

I recently hired Noy for a simple job — installation of a laundry room countertop. When they cut the stone using incorrect measurements, they asked me to accept the piece with several workarounds such as off center seams and extraneous pieces. When I told them this was unsatisfactory and they were responsible for the measuring mistake, they were unprofessional and pressured me to accept the stone as is. Also, there is an imperfection on the stone. Not only was the workmanship poor; the customer service was dismal. Plus, it is very difficult to reach them on the phone and they fail to return calls promptly.

Never use these guys ! Avoid them like the plague. They measured for Ceasar Stone counters in a brand new kitchen and measured wrong so when they brought out the counter it didn’t fit. Then they did it a second time and again it was wrong! After waiting 3 weeks for them to bring the second counter out, I just let it be with the gap and all, just to be able to finally move in. THEN I saw the brand new floors their workers had destroyed when they pulled out the stove. When I asked them to pay $ 500 to repair the floor they made every excuse in the book as to why they wouldn’t pay. These guys are real sleeze… stay away!!!
