We found Dee through a friend of a friend of a friend and we are so incredibly happy that we did. We met with several other wedding coordinators before her and there was no question in our minds that she was the one we needed to hire. From the moment we met, we found her to be incredibly professional, but also so warm and personable.
We knew we wanted a rustic feel to our wedding. We had done a fair amount of work before hiring Dee and she immediately just jumped right in and threw out suggestions and resources for us to look into it. We found her to be so competent and knowledgeable and we knew throughout the entire process that we were in good hands with her.
Dee would check in with us to see if we needed her help with anything and there were several times that we struggled with getting in touch with some vendors and her help came in very handy! In addition, we used several vendors that Dee suggested (none of the ones that we had trouble getting in contact with!) and we were very satisfied with them. Having a wedding coordinator is definitely a financial investment, but her prices were more reasonable than some of the others.
Because of Dee, the planning of our wedding went smoother and easier than we had anticipated, but moreso than that, the day itself was simply incredible. Her crew was like a well-​oiled machine and several guests were overhead saying that they had never seen a Jewish wedding start on time! Throughout the night, Dee was available and ready to take on any issue that arose and we just couldn’t have been more appreciative and impressed with her abilities.
We so highly recommend her. You can rest assured that if you hire Dee for your wedding, you will end up with the wedding that you have envisioned for yourselves.

If your having an event, any event call Dee! I met with a few planners, they were ok. I wasn’t impressed until I met Dee.
First she chose the most beautiful café for our first meeting. Free parking, great espresso, beautiful space and lots of free tables with no one bugging us.
2^nd she was accommodating to my needs. Our wedding/​rehearsal and hotel were all on one property and had some things included in the package. (We had already booked the venue prior to hiring Dee.) We wanted a one stop shop and as little shuttling as possible. With that being said I didn’t need as much planning help as many vendors were onsite. She was willing to customize her lowest package to fit my needs (and budget.) I ended up contracting her for the smallest package but adding a la care services for budget and design services. Perfect!
Dee is made to produce events! She is always punctual, communicates on the timeframe she promises, über organized, and follows up (when you don’t!) She was great handling all our contract details and vendor meetings. She knows the questions to ask when you don’t. She is a pleasure to work with, always friendly and respectful of everyone’s time. She also has lots of contacts in the industry and connected us with our photographer!
The day of our wedding she came with her team blazing! She was on task and let me say our large bridal party was like herding cats… Drunk cats.
Dee and her team did an outstanding job, half of which I never saw! Because they are that good!
If you can’t tell I would definitely recommend No Worries Events.
Please don’t think you don’t need a wedding planner. You do! You need Dee!

We were referred to Dee after our initial wedding planner completely failed. She stepped in, and helped us out of a mess the other planner created. She was so gracious and kind throughout the process. She is organized and so thorough and has a such a good work ethic. She is good at taking the stress level way down! We are from Texas and had our wedding in California. She understood all the cultural aspects, and worked with us so closely. Every detail was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect planner. She also helped secure amazing vendors. I always felt good about the process after we had a phone conversation. Our wedding at the Ritz in Laguna Niguel was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t find Dee sooner! You will not be disappointed with Dee!

I can not recommend No Worries highly enough! We brought Dee in on short notice, about a month before our wedding, and we were feeling a bit overwhelmed (and, let’s face it, kind of panicked). Dee radiated calm, competence, confidence, experience, and expertise, and after our first meeting with her we felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders! Dee and her trusty assistant Laura were already very familiar with our wedding venue, which was beyond helpful. Even with the holidays upon us, and El Niño looming, Dee found time to get everything together, and she or Laura were always available to us when we had a question or a sudden concern. The day of the actual wedding was cloudy, and raining sporadically, and even though we had set up the entire ceremony outdoors (seating, sound system, flowers, a huppah!, etc, etc) it seemed like we might have to suddenly move the entire event indoors. The clouds were closing in, the rain stopped, the rain started, the rain stopped again – I was losing my mind! We needed to make a decision – gamble that the rain would hold off long enough to hold the ceremony without soaking all our friends and relatives, or just frantically move everything inside and miss out on using our beautiful venue to its full potential. Dee never lost her cool for a single moment. At a certain point, Dee calmly declared that we’d have to make a decision. We went for it! And the rain held off! Our ceremony was held outside, and was absolutely lovely. The reception went off without a hitch (excuse the awful wedding pun), and the whole event played out exactly as we had hoped. Our wedding was a warm, loving, fun experience from start to finish, and my wife and I will always be grateful we brought in Dee and No Worries. We could not have done it without them!

We worked with Dee Gaubert at No Worries Event Planning. We booked Dee for wedding coordination services, which included 40 hours of coordination and the wedding day. Dee also brought a lovely associate with her to the wedding day itself named Stephanie.
We found Dee mainly through a friend of mine who knows her personally (and who had also been to a wedding Dee had planned which she said was amazing). We priced around a few other people, but I either wasn’t impressed with them or couldn’t afford their services.
After we met Dee, we knew we had gone with the right person. She was incredibly enthusiastic, on top of everything, organized, and always ready with a suggestion if we needed one. She also regularly sent emails when she was going to be out of town or at an event and wouldn’t be as reachable, even when we didn’t have anything pressing to discuss. We also hired Dee to do the wedding flowers we had, which was a simple orchid arrangement around where we stood for the ceremony. They were incredibly beautiful and very well priced.
My mom was super impressed with Dee on the day of our wedding (and of Stephanie who worked with her). She said she didn’t think Dee stopped moving all night. Myself, I was totally unaware of what they were up to, unless it was a moment I had to do something (like cut the cake or get ready to walk down the aisle). Honestly, No Worries is an apt name. I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of my wedding except if I would remember the vows I wrote to my husband, which of course is the thing you want to be thinking about, not what will happen if your cake vendor doesn’t show up.
I can’t say enough wonderful things. I am confident if you used any one of the planners Dee has working with her that you would be happy — she is very particular and would never hire someone who she wouldn’t trust to coordinate or plan her own wedding!

Dee was referred to me by the owner of my wedding venue. The moment I spoke with her on the phone, I could tell she was someone I’d love to work with. She’s smart, sweet, experienced, has a great sense about her, is super easy to work with, organized, efficient and proactive. Basically, every trait you’d want in someone helping you with one of the biggest days of you life — in this case, it was for my wedding. She has various packages but I used her services for the «day of my wedding» help. Even though it was for minimal help, we still spoke via emails, phone and in a few in-​person meetings over the time span of almost a year. She has many great vendor recommendations, a lot of advice, and proved very helpful throughout the entire process. She was always there when I needed her, whether it was a silly question or during the heavy knitty gritty back and forth when I truly had more on my plate than ever in my life. She helped remind me of things that needed reminding to stay on point and she provided thought into things I hadn’t thought of and were important factors.
Dee is extremely professional, but at the same time you feel like you’re just chatting with a very knowledgable friend. She is so easy going and calm and doesn’t miss a beat.
On my wedding day, she was there early and stayed late. She helped with all tasks, big and small. She ran around all day ensuring every tiny detail was handled on my behalf. Her execution was excellent.
We highly recommend Dee for any event planning needs! She is an ace in the business and won’t disappoint. We are absolutely thrilled that with her help, our wedding was a huge success. She was a very big part in making our day smooth and special. We are forever grateful for Dee and her assistant Laura :)

You know how everyone asks you how wedding planning is going, waiting for you to dish on all of the crap that you are dealing with? My husband and I just kept saying, «It’s great» and «It’s been really easy.» And that is ALL thanks to Dee.
Dee helped me plan an amazing wedding at SmogShoppe in Culver City in July 2015. I interviewed about eight wedding coordinators who were recommended by SmogShoppe. I initially was panning to hire a day-​of coordinator only, then realized that, with my full time job, it made sense to have the coordinator also manage vendors. Dee sold me on the fact that she knows vendors and prices, so I’d easily make that money back. It’s 100% true! (And don’t underestimate the time and energy it takes to negotiate, review and finalize contracts.)
I knew that Dee would be good from the SmogShoppe referral, but after working with her, I think she’s amazing. Her talent is that she’s both organized and flexible. I was pretty hands on with various Etsy orders and Pinterest boards. I was often tweaking the décor and plans for the day, and Dee always stayed on top of it and handled all of my changes and ambiguity with ease (even by email, she seems happy). Dee and I would write long emails to each other, and I always knew that she read every word from her responses.
I honestly don’t know how she does it. I always felt like she was on top of my wedding, knowing that she’s actually planning a wedding almost every weekend. Even on the weekends when she’s coordinating a wedding, she has a smart/​thoughtful auto-​response to her emails, clarifying when she’ll be available again. Of course, you want her to focus on the wedding she’s coordinating that day, and not on your actually-​not-​so-​urgent email.
My husband really liked Dee too, and was really impressed by her. SmogShoppe and the vendors all like her too, and we were able to get a few special accommodations. She has good recommendations for vendors, so it’s a no-​brainier to use them, but she is also flexible with new vendors. We threw in a curve ball by hiring Latin dancers to perform, and she found a great studio where we ended up taking lessons for our first dance too. We also used Dee directly for flowers and for the dessert table decorations. It’s was a great collaboration to figure out the look and price that worked perfectly.
On our wedding day, Dee and her team were on top of everything. I hardly noticed them when I was spending time with friends and family, but I could always find them when I had a question (or, when the button fell off my bustle). My favorite part was that she had two fresh margarita’s waiting for my husband and me at the end of the ceremony, when we went to the bridal lounge for a few minutes to relax and take in the moment. It was very appropriate and thoughtful for us and our personalities.
I know Dee does all kinds of weddings, from large to small, all over LA. I don’t think you can go wrong with her and her team.

There are not enough stars on here to indicate how AMAZING Dee and her team were. I thought I was organized turns out Dee could run circles around me and my organizational skills and do it with color coded binders.
We had several meetings with Dee and every meeting she came prepared, sent an agenda ahead of time, has been in contact with the appropriate vendors and sent a follow up email. Also, in between meetings Dee and I were in constant e-​mail and text contact. I knew what was happening when it was happening (because I wanted to be in the loop at all times).
The week of my wedding it was forecast to rain and they were forecasting a major storm. Now, living in California my entire life I was sure the weather report was wrong. However, Dee has back-​up plan A, B, C and that is not an exaggeration. Sure enough the day of my wedding it rained and I mean it rained with thunder and lightening! Without a glimmer of panic Dee asked which backup plan I wanted and she made it happen. She had been in touch with her entire team all week and all the vendors, keeping them in the loop about each plan. This meant that when I decided what I wanted all she had to do was say go and it was pulled off flawlessly without a hitch. Our guests didn’t even know the difference.
Her team was also amazing! The days leading up to the wedding I knew they were working hard from the office because I would get e-​mails from them, but the day of them wedding they showed up bright and early and I had multiple people with me the entire day and so did my husband. I could not have asked for anything better.
Dee really made the wedding of my dreams come true… no one could do anything about the rain, but even with it, it was beautiful!
Dee is worth every penny we paid her… and then some! Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for the amazing job her and her team did!

I was referred to No Worries Event Planning through a friend. Originally I didn’t have a wedding planner budgeted in to my plans, so when I met with Laura I was honest about my limitations and she was more than happy to show me different options, possibilities and last minute help if I needed it. She never pressured me to pick a package beyond what I was comfortable with and made me feel like the goal was to deliver a perfect wedding day and not a check to her company. A few months down the road when we realized my wedding day may occur when Laura was out on maternity leave… Dee and Kate began to take over and become more involved as a back up plan. I could not have asked for a smoother transition. I was so freaked to have someone new handling all these details I had planned out with Laura, yet when they came on it was if they had been there from the beginning. I could tell Laura truly took the time to make sure they were picking up where she may leave off.
The best part about my experience with No Worries Event Planning was the weeks leading up to my wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. Whether it was endless unreturned phone calls from the venue, flakey vendor emails, coordinating crazy shuttle possibility times… Dee & Kate handled it ALL. The best part (for a control freak individual like myself) is on the day of, when the venue attempted to do not so nice things. they handled it AMAZING, fought for what was in our contract, and then went above and beyond. The best part is I only knew about 1% of the hiccups that occurred and even that 1% is because I asked :) Everything was set up the way I wanted and imagined, we stayed completely on the timeline and Dee & Kate literally took care of me and my husband till the moment we left the venue for the night.
I could go on and on, but it still wouldn’t capture the amazing work these ladies do. Since my wedding I have attended two other No Worries Event Planning weddings, all with the same outcome — picture perfect. If you want great people, great value and actually want to ENJOY your wedding… hire them. No contest. To this day my husband and I agree it is the best money we spent.

Wow! I was referred to Dee/​No Worries Event Planning through a friend who said that Dee and her team were not to be missed. Her wedding was on the top floor of a high rise and all the vendors (including caterer) had to go through the elevators to do deliveries. Talk about a coordination nightmare! My friend could not say enough great things about No Worries Event Planning, so I had to book them for my own wedding.
I don’t think I could have found a team more organized, more detail-​oriented, more trustworthy, and more dedicated that Dee’s team. If I had a question, they were prompt to respond. If I needed help with a vendor, they were great at stepping in. If I needed a vendor, they had wonderful (and affordable) vendor recommendations. Hands down, from start to finish, my experience working with No Worries Event Planning was excellent. I could not recommend them enough!
3 Tips:
1. Book months before your wedding – even though I booked their smallest package, I was so happy that they stepped in with vendor liability forms, hotel vendor code of conduct forms, etc. There’s a lot of ‘behind the scenes’ contractual stuff that needs to be signed.
2. Communicate your vision – Dee has excellent taste and has great recommendations. For example, I decided to buy my own candles/​candle holders, and Dee gave me a great site to buy in bulk. HUGE savings! She also was great at helping me understanding sizes/​proportions (ie. how many seats per aisle, size of book signing table, etc.)
3. Trust them – as a bride, there’s tons to worry about and on the day of, you can’t really do much. Photo/​video/​makeup/​hair are all there and you don’t have time to deal with any issues. Dee’s team will be there from the start and will make sure everything looks spotless. Whoever you hire, you NEED to trust them to take care of things when you can’t and I am confident that Dee’s team will not disappoint!

I am almost speechless when it comes to describing how I feel about Dee. I hired her for Day-​of coordination for my wedding, and also ended up hiring her to take care of my florals because I trusted her more than anyone else. My husband and I both agree that the best decision we made in the entire planning process (and there was a LOT about our wedding that we were in love with) was hiring Dee. She was beyond helpful, always reassuring, and she answered every little crazy-​bride email so quickly and always eased my mind. She was completely in sync with my vision and when she and her staff set up the florals and décor, it was more beautiful than I had imagined. Not only did she make the planning process easier, the day of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about a single thing, she even made sure I always had a glass of champagne on hand! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Dee is on top of her game. She knows weddings, and has a level of professionalism, communication, and integrity that all brides need in a wedding planner.
Prior to the wedding, she provided me with a wedding timeline, parking information, and other details. When I arrived at the venue, she greeted me and introduced me to other vendors who were on the wedding team right away.
As an Officiant, it is so helpful to have a planner who you can count on to give me my cues, line-​up, and notify me of any changes ahead of time. She is a co-​wedding vendor’s dream team leader!
I would love to work with her again!

No Worries did an amazing job on our anniversary party! Dee is like 8 people in 1! Not only did she design and decorate the event; she found us great vendors; worked with them to make sure every element was on point; kept us on schedule and most importantly; on budget. No matter the scope and $, Dee makes it work.

(If you don’t read the rest of this review just know that Dee exceeded all our expectations and is a truly caring person. We whole-​heartedly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.)
We got married November 2010. I had been dreaming about this day since I was a little girl. It had to be perfect! However we were on a budget but still wanted the dream wedding. I wanted to do everything myself because I needed to make sure it was perfect and to help reduce costs I researched the flowers, lighting, location, etc. I soon realized it was way to much to handle. I needed someone to guide me, look over contracts, to bounce back ideas with that was in the wedding business.
After searching high and low I came across Dee! She seemed different than the other wedding planners/​corridnators we were interviewing. She was willing to help me look over a contract before I had even retained her! She did not seem like she was selling me a service, but rather wanted to help me make my dream wedding come to life.
I finally was able to get a great deal at our dream location at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. It had the french vintage setting we were going for and it was perfect! Dee was there at every step, helping me close the deal, pointing out some stuff that needed to be added to the contract, and helping me get the best deal possible. She not only helped with the hotel, but coordinated with every other vendor we had. She even met us at the flower shop which was totally out of her way, to make sure what we wanted got delivered.
A couple days before the wedding it started to rain and we had an outdoor ceremony. You could just imagine how we felt. Two days before the wedding we found a tent rental company that could do a rush job. The day before the wedding we found out he needed a permit that he did not have for the hotel. OMG! Dee assured me not to worry, and not to even think about it and that she will make sure it will happen. To this day I still have not asked her how she got the permit for the tent-​rental and how this huge tent went up the day before, but it was done, and it looked gorgeous! We had the most beautiful, romantic ceremony ever!
She also handled the rehearsal, was so prompt and organized and made sure our somewhat complicated wedding party entrance of 20 flowed exactly right. She had been taking notes all along and nothing was left undone.
On the day of, I was crazy nervous and not sure what to expect. She and her staff exceeded all our expectations. Dee came early morning and with a whole team, had everything we needed in our rooms, did tasks for us I did not even think needed to be done and much more. My mom was shocked at how great and patient Dee was. My mother was very stressed as was I and Dee totally had a calming effect on us and worked out everything that seemed to be a problem. Dee was an angel to make sure everything went right, all our hard work had paid off beautifully. She fixed stuff we did not know were happening, and at the end of the night, with so much energy she was helping everyone with anything that was left.
I have been in & to many wedding, and to this day have not found anyone as awesome as she is. I truly appreciate the help and the friend I found in Dee.

Dear Dee:
What can we say? When we first met in March 2011, we had no idea at the time how valuable all of your efforts would be. We were engaged in January, selected nearly every vendor in February and figured there wasn’t much more to do.
After meeting with you for our initial consult and comparing you to the competition, there was no doubt in our minds who to go with. Your dedication was quite evident and your fun, out-​going personality stuck with us so when it was time to make a decision, there was no hesitation on our end to select NO WORRIES EVENT PLANNING.
The last month was obviously hectic with the minor details which needed to be addressed and we know we couldn’t have gotten through this without you. You straightened out the couple vendors that were difficult to work with and were willing to make those uncomfortable phone calls.
The result was a fabulously executed ceremony and reception, from beginning to end. A special thanks to Mary as well who provided great support throughout the night. Our only regret is not getting a photo with you as without you, this truly memorable experience would not have been such a success.
