I came in to get a new waist trainer. The owner was very helpful in helping me get the right size. I was overall very pleased with my purchase, until a month of having the trainer, and wearing it 3 times every other week for no more than 3 hours at a time, the metal boning starting poking out of the top. I called to ask if she could replace it as to the fact that I paid 80.00 and it was already falling apart. And she said no, sorry. Exchanges are only 7 days after purchase. so I’m stuck with this 80.00 investment that fell apart before I ever started seeing results.

Very helpful! Lots of options and they fit you right there so you are able to identify the correct sizing. Many different products for different areas of the body and some sexy products as well! ;) I enjoy this place. It is my second time going here to purchase a waist trainer. I had purchased a regular one and the vest type for overall coverage!

Really happy with my purchase. They have a great selection of post-​surgical garnets and fajas. The women are very friendly and helpful and they assist you with squeezing into a garmet and clipping it up. Their prices are reasonable compared to the Internet as well. I will definitely be returning! The parking lot is small and was full when I went, but other than that, no complaints!

I came here for a second time and the main owner who is very nice wasn’t here I was told she is in the new location in Hungtington Park.
The 2 girls in the front are so horrible they are always on their cell phones or eating they give no good knowledge I mean c’mon just look at them.
It feels like they just want you to buy and leave I won’t be coming back here anymore the brand is already everywhere in The Downtown Alleys you can get it for a lower price and actually get good customer service.
Props to the owner for getting her store up but this location is just going down hill with those two lazy employees of her.

I went to the store and oh my god! It was great! Like a kid in a candy shop! Libi took good care of me showing me great girdles and waist trainers after she measured me! She was so nice and patience. Definitely i’m coming back soon! Highly recommended!

Seriously bad customer service. While realized that this is a very small shop and ran by a 2 woman team I felt very uncomfortable here in more ways than one. First the shop is so small you can barely move around. The shop was also extremely hot and uncomfortable. The lady helping me made me feel rushed. There is no adequate space to legitimately try on the waist trainers. I felt manhandled when the lady put the trainer on me in the middle of the store. Then she told me that the one she put on me is the one I have to buy even though it was not the color I wanted. I was annoyed to say the least. I wouldn’t recommend it here at all.

Walked in and Libi helped me get my measurements done she brought me two sizes to see which would fit better. She has great customer service, she knew exactly what she was doing. I’m so happy with the waist trainer I bought. Time to go to the gym and work out !!!

Libi and Norma were wonderful, as soon as I walked in they greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions it followed up with them measuring me and pairing me with the waist trainer needed. Just know that I drove from Fresno looking for this place because I’ve heard great things!!!

Wasn’t happy with the service. They won’t let you try any undergarments. I did buy a faja but ir seems like if u buy it … take it @ your own risk. They won’t let you exchange it if u tired it on… this makes no sense. Not very helpful.

Awesome place. If you’ve been looking for a waist trainer like me… look no more come here. I looked and looked for a very long time with not luck till I found this place and I am so happy with my purchase. They girls are so nice and very helpful. They measure you to make sure get right size. They do run a little small. So I’m glad I bought mine here and not via the Internet, I would of got the wrong size. There prices are good too. Very satisfied customer. I will be returning when the leopard print ones come in, in my size.

This place is awesome! I had been looking for Colombian quality girdles and they had it all! Once I got there I was properly measured and aided in squeezing my self into a full body suit. The quality of their products can be seen in the stitching and the materials, if you are looking for post liposuction, post tummy tuck, or post baby support THIS is the place to go.

I have orders from online websites and instagram sites before and it did not seem to work out. There are other places that sell them for triple the price. I friend of mine told me about this place and I decided to go take a look. The workers in here were very nice and a lady even took my measurements. I tried on a waist shaper and it was perfect. This place has it all, any kind of shape wear you can think of they have it. When I need to go down a size I will definitely come back.

I have been researching faja/​waist trainers for so long. On Instagram there are so many «companies» that sell them but I read and realized that they are all made by the same company Ann Chery. Also, along with the headache of choosing a company there were a lot of complaints about sizing issues.
Luckily, a friend referred this place to me. I came into town last week and purchased 2 waist trainers. The lady that worked there was super helpful and sweet. She measured my waist and let me try it on before purchasing. The prices are affordable, I didn’t have to worry about returning/​exchanging, and got to wear it right away :)

After weeks of searching on eBay and instagram for a affordable waist trainer /​faja with good reviews I stumbled upon this place on Unilocal.I wanted to avoid ordering the wrong size and returning hassle so I decided to make the drive out there and I’m so happy I did! As soon as I got there they measured me and help choose the best waist trainer and size for my body. There was two ladies working and they were extremely nice! Their sweet daughter even watched my puppy while shopping. (I love family owned businesses, it’s so cute to see generations working together) They even helped me put it on which is EXTREMELY difficult. It was around $ 60 which is much less than the popular waist trainers online. Im so happy that I saved the time and money by coming here.

The best place for post op garments. The owner is super nice and helpful. She measures you to make sure it’s your size. I highly recommend this place. I just bought a waist cincher and it’s amazing.
