Nazyla’s Waxing Studio

I called the same day and she saw me 30min later. She is super sweet and gentle. I got my eyebrows done, (waxing and threading). It did not hurt like other places I’ve been too. She really takes her time and does not rush. I have been struggling to find someone good in Westwood as I have tried multiple places and she is by far my favorite. I will be a regular customer. I highly recommend her!

Called in at 11am and she was able to see me the same day. Her office is super protected and clean. Clean bathroom and clean wax. One of the fastest waxes ever. It didn’t hurt as much as my other waxes, she uses a hot wax that takes the hairs off easily. Nazy made me feel so comfortable. Wonderful conversation as well. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting brazilian waxes on a semi-​regular basis for 9 years. Nazyla was a nice person but her wax job was not great. She’s quick but leaves hair and then told me she was done before doing the back (butt crack haha). I’ve never had an esthetician not complete a service and I was kind of offended that she wouldn’t do the back. Also, her wax is incredibly sticky and you feel pretty gross after.
Also, the entire time I had to listen to her complain about the esthetician below her studio. I dunno, she just didn’t do a good job all around.

It was my first time ever Brazilian wax! Nazzie is awesome! I will definitely come back!

This amazing woman is a gem, a doll, a saint, and a long list of other positive words one would utilize to describe someone that provides white-​glove service.
I feel that she’s a wonderful person to talk to in general: she puts you completely at ease, and the studio she owns is clean and private, so you feel good about the decision that you’ve made to see her.
The day I went was a little warm, and Nazy had fans going. I got a leg and bikini wax, and considering that she was using strip wax, she was the most gentle waxer I’ve ever experienced. Waxing is uncomfortable no matter what, and even the magnificent Nazy can only bring so much relief, but what relief she DID bring was extraordinary.
Her prices are wonderful, almost $ 10 less than any competitor I’ve been to.
I live in the valley, and will be returning whence I am again in need of her services! :D

I have nothing but great things to say about Nazyla. Located inconspicuously upstairs and behind a vague door in a courtyard off of Westwood, Nazyla’s Waxing Studio is rather bare bones with only a waxing table, a couple of chairs and a screen but she gets the job done. For very reasonable (dare I say cheap) prices, she does an incredible job. She’s accommodating to your preferences and she waxes quickly and efficiently. Eyebrows — $ 12, bikini — $ 20 and Brazilian — $ 30. She’s open 6 days a week with appointment times throughout the day into the evening. She’s a great find and a great deal!

I love Nazy. She is attentive and careful, even when the next appointment has knocked on the door. The first time I went to her, I thought I would have to explain how I wanted my eyebrows waxed, but I decided to trust her judgement, and I was happy with the result. After what I thought was some already detailed waxing, she proceeded to do some threading to make sure everything was clear, and did the same for lip. As it was my first time doing threading, she explained the procedure to me, and it ended up feeling much better than I expected.
I’m so glad I found a good, affordable waxing place in Westwood. I definitely recommend Nazy, but make sure you call to see if she is free, or to make an appointment, before going in!

She’s quick, it’s cheap, $ 30 and she does a relatively good job in 15 minutes or less. I go here for brazilians and she uses a lot of wax in comparison to other places, a bit sticky after. Sometimes, she gets all the hair, other times she doesn’t. Maybe that depends on my last wax, or if she has other customers or I don’t know… I bet if you ask nicely to try and get all the hair off, she’ll try depending on how many customers there are.
Park at Ross! Apparently 1 hour free with no purchase. Also, she takes me same day. She works with my hectic schedule. She takes me an hour before (though with some conditions).
I’ve been going here maybe about a year and a half. I give her 5 stars because it’s the cheapest and nicest you’re going to get around here. Also, I’ve been to more expensive places, honestly she does about the same, if not better.
She’s changed the price on me two separate occassions, one because I used card and the other I think I was late or something. It makes me wonder, but even with that, it’s the cheapest you’re going to get.
Nazy is cute. She’s very sweet, makes you feel comfortable, and is funny! She’s actually hilarious if you keep talking to her. We were talking about Mother’s Day and I said that I have to get gifts for Mother’s Day, birthday, Christmas. O. o She just told me that she talked about it with her daughter and her daughter tried to combine her gift with Mother’s Day and a made-​up Persian holiday. Lol

I adore Nazy. She is quick, professional, and really easy to talk to. She always has time (even same day!) and she commutes in from the valley even on the weekends if you need her to. I really appreciate her promptness and it always helps when your esthetician is incredibly nice. She does a wonderful job, makes you feel comfortable, and will get you out the door before your meter runs out. Guaranteed. She also recommended to me to park in the Ross lot across the alley if you cant find a meter as it is free for 1 hour.
I moved to silverlake last august and still go to see Nazy on the westside.
