My Custom Identity Printing House

It was less than 24 hours between the time I got them my design to the time my 5 shirts were ready to be picked up. I printed 5 shirts on the front and back for $ 15 each. They communicated with me promptly through email to make sure the designs were the size I wanted before printing. I would do business with them in the future!

I loved working with Ellie, she is an amazing person. The moment I called and ask for information she was very helpful, I didn’t get the correct email to send her my design and get an estimate, but she called me back & even texted me the correct email. Went into the shop to check out her gold foil and she helped me figure out my design and sizes. She was a very patient and resourceful guide. My design was not in Photoshop and she created it from scratch and did NOT charge extra. I order more shirts than I originally had asked for and she had no problem making them. Because these shirts are for my sorority I had very specific details and ellie was very open minded and help me make awesome shirts for our recruitment. Definitely a place to get a great work done. Her turn around time was fantastic; i order the shirts on a Monday after hours and picked them up on Thursday! :D I definitely will be coming back to get more work done with ellie, not only does she offer the right gold my org requires, but her job and staff are the best. She even understands the college student’s budget & works with it! She gave me the shirts at a very very nice price. She charged me $ 15 a shirt, no extra cost for the foil material, and no extra charge for creating the design from scratch! THANK YOU: D (*will update with pics later)

I really didn’t want to do this, but I felt so screwed over that I can’t hold it back. After my initial visit where everything went so great and smooth I went back to place a pretty small order for a few baseball tees. To cut long story short, after not replying to my emails and few visits to the warehouse, after telling me the shirts were ready when they clearly weren’t, I picked up my design and went to a different location where they looked at me like I was crazy for even paying for having someone MAKE a design for me.

All I have to say is wow! I used My Custom Identity twice now and both jobs came out fantastic. Ellie is a joy to work with and Michael nailed it when I came in. On my second order (over 100 shirts), there stock was delayed in shipping yet they still got it all done by deadline. I cannot thank them enough.
I can’t lie, I did price shop in-​between orders but boy am I glad I stuck with my first choice. The second quote was not only more expensive but used lesser quality shirts and couldn’t meet the timeline.
Ellie really made me feel comfortable with the whole purchase. From text communication to email she was prompt in her response times.

Young, hubby and wife team that truly add service to the phrase «customer service». A boutique shop that handles loads of business and knows you by your first name. I got 500 shirts done in 3 days time. They handled my business deadline and my marketing budget. Could not be happier. Their quality vs price is stellar. Parking is easy as long as you park on the side street on Horner. In LA, I appreciate that!

Guillermo, who heads the design department, does amazing work, and was in constant contact with me, waiting for my final approval on all of the art work.

I believe its a husband and wife running the place and they were super cool with all my demands. The wife, Ellie, took her time to set down with me a to come up with an cool design… made me feel like a VIP client. She even gave me her personal number just in case I needed to contact her after store hours!
