Mr. Cs cuisine is driven by a team of experienced chefs who practice traditional, Italian cooking, offering a variety of classic, simple dishes that can be enjoyed morning to night. The menu features a selection of grilled specialties, signature pizzas and garden fresh salads as well as some traditional Cipriani classic dishes such as their signature Carpaccio and baked tagliolini. The cocktail menu features classic traditional drinks including the original Bellini and newcomers such as the refreshing mandarin-based Mr. C.
History
Established in 1931.
Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, fourth generation of the family internationally known for its restaurants and landmarked banquet spaces, unveil their first west coast dining destination, Mr. C Restaurant, inside the recently opened signature hotel of the same name.
