I visited here with my daughter and mother. The place was very clean and there was no wait time. My mother and i did a spa pedi for $ 16 and gel manis for $ 20 my daughter only had a gel mani. The service was good however my nail lady cut my cuticles making me bleed not just on my toes but also my hand. A different woman did my gel mani unfortunately she did not file my nails smooth or color my nails evenly. My daughters nail tech did a beautiful job and if i go again will wait for her. As far as the pedicure my mom received a better foot scrub but her nails were not painted correctly she had to indicate it was not even. My lady barely used the pumice stone on my feet she used her hands lol she couldnt grip it. The nail colors were average i normally prefer opi esse or orly colors i ended up using my own colors from home.

This place isn’t the greatest buy it’s not the worst either. I go here when I know I need to be in and out quick. I always get gel and it does last for weeks. Price is reasonable. Moon is very nice and tries hard to satisfy you. Only reason I didn’t give it more stars is because my nails are never shaped right! Some look like coffin nails and the others squared I’ve never understood how they don’t see it lol oh and parking sucks big time! Only about 10 spots, if that, and there’s other businesses they share it with.

Love this place. Clean, huge, great service. Very friendly and professional. The price is right. I’ve been coming back many times and have zero issue.

Horrible service… The guy did my manicure super quick and then rubbed oil on my arms :/​he then started to polish my nails and I asked if he was going to start with a base coat and he said no so then I asked him to unpolish my nails and that I was leaving.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called earlier on to ask about their groupon service. I later walk in and, I’m assuming lady in charge, turns me away! literally to tell me «no cancel groupon, too cheap, not enough people to do your nails for coupon» WTF! I just done drove here in traffic to try this place out! I’m so livid!

You get what you pay for. Decided to give this local place a try, since it was offered on groupon. Blood was drawn from both my toe and finernails. My left hand nails are sharp and uneven. And somehow it took 2.5 hours. By far, the longest and most painful mani pedi I’ve ever had.

DO NOT COME HERE. They did such a horrible job. I came in for the first time wanting to get a gel manicure and just matching polish for my toes instead I got to different colors because the lady who did my nails kept saying they were the same. She was just trying to get me out of there asap because it was closing time. I kept telling her they weren’t the same she didn’t listen. I came out feeling like it was just a waste of time and money because my nails weren’t even polished nicely. Had polish all over my cuticles which they didn’t even bother to clean. I can go on forever about this place. One thing is i will never fo back there again.

I should have looked on Unilocal before purchasing my Groupon. Finding parking was hard. Small lot with only one way in and out. Some cars were doubled parked. I had a weird feeling as I walked in. Place was empty. The phone wasn’t even ringing. I purchased a Gel Manicure Groupon so I sat with the manicurist. He wasn’t too friendly which is fine. I’m don’t mind so long as the work is done well. I don’t think he knew how to give manicures. Started off cutting my cuticles with only water, no cuticle soap then proceeded to try and file my nails with an electric file. Ummm… no. Then I noticed none of the tools he was using were sanitized. Too late now. Whole time he was rushing. Not sure why, there was no one else waiting for service. Then when he finished polishing my nails, he says «ok time to pay.» No cuticle oil or massage. I had to ask him for cuticle oil since the acetone leaves my cuticles dry. Then he says I have to pay an additional $ 5 for gel removal. I paid and left. Will not return and will not purchase another Groupon for services at a business without first checking Unilocal.I should’ve spent a little more and went to reputable nail salon for better service.

I called on Monday to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was really unfriendly. She didn’t take my name and just hung up on me. I called back to make sure she was going to be at my 10 am appointment for today. She said she there was no need to take my name because I was a groupon holder. I showed up to my appointment and the nail salon was closed. I waited 15 minutes and no one showed up. What a terrible way to run a business. I can see why this nail salon has so many terrible reviews. I am not sure why they would run a groupon promotion and then not honor them.

I went to this awful nail salon and received the worst gel manicure. I get my nails done every two weeks and thought I would give this place a shot. The woman doing my nails cut my cuticle so badly that it bled for two days and through 2 band aids. To make matters worse, the woman kept painting my nails over the blood. MY BLOOD IS ON NAIL POLISH THAT YOU MIGHT WANT. Oh and it’s on a couple of their brushes that they used to help stop the bleeding and they put them back in their drawer.
My friend came with me and she received regular nail polish instead of gel but paid gel prices.
I called immediately after because I don’t do well with making a scene. They assured a refund so I left work early to get it and now they are refusing.
All around awful. My finger is infected. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
The women working there aren’t too bright either. They laughed when they cut me.

Terrific experience. Great lounge area with lazy boy sofas for the waiting area. I had someone working on my feet while another worked my hands. They included a free sugar scrub on my legs and then I paid for a little $ 5 head, neck and shoulder massage. So for $ 35 I got all that, and a massage chair, you bet your sweet bippy that I’ll be back! And my nails looked great!

I’ve made several attempts to come here for a quick pedicure! I’ve called ahead to make sure they’re not busy and I’m told each time their not. They might be reasonably priced but it’s not worth the frustration. They need to hire more techs in my opinion.

I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. My gel nails chipped after three days. And they have a very limited selection of gel colors to choose from. I asked for natural looking acrylics for my mani and the manicurist kept trying to convince me to go with a pink (bro hoe) coat. Ugh. The next time I went back they said they were too full and to come back in an hour. Wtf?!? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Overall I’d just say they were rude.

Came in here for and almond shape set of nails and I was left with something that a 3 year old could do better. All of my nails were different shapes, different sizes, and some are thick some are thin! When the main lady had finished with my nails and asked me to go wash my hands, I told her I didnt like them… Then she handed me the nail file and TOLD ME TO FILE THEM MYSELF! I’m never coming here again!

Well, they were very friendly and nice. The woman who did my nails had shoulder length hair and was cracking jokes the whole time. Wish I could say it went well, but my nails were all different shapes and very uneven. I had to go home and spend a half hour reshaping them.

Terrible job. I just went in for a fill and she completely reshaped my nails and did a messy job. I would have to get a whole new set just to fix them. Sooo upset. Never going back.

Very average. Not so friendly service. My manicurist did not speak English so she had her boss the owner translate. I came because of the groupon deal. I wanted to try a new place. After one hour ½ (regular mani/​pedi for $ 15) I left and one of my nail was already scratched. My manicurist was pregnant and seemingly wanted to leave so I didn’t bother asking her to fix the nail. It’s far out of the way for me so I won’t be coming back. Not worth it.

Everyone is very nice here. The owner, Moon is kind and sweet. Kathy is amazing (and use to work at another local salon). She is very chatty and gives a million hugs (plus amazing and free back and shoulder rubs). Kathy is doing a great job of shaping my eyebrows. My only complaint is that they seem to be refilling nail polish. I picked up a bottle of Essie, Cherry Pop (which should be a bright pink) and it was filled with a dark orange glittery polish. I’ll try and upload my pic if it. If they fixed that, I would give 5 stars.

I came here bc of the groupon and it was a bad idea. Quality was def not there. The guy was so rough he cut into my cuticles twice and then tried to treat it with cuticle oil. Everything was so rough and the end result was not pretty. I don’t think I could come here again even if they offered a free deal.

Not impressed. Came here only because Le’s Nail was packed and I am in a rush to get ready for opera. The ladies here are older and wear glasses. Which is not a problem if they are attentive and skillful. Unfortunately the lady who did my nails rushed through the mani, frowning and complaining (in Vietnamese so I didn’t know what was bothering her), and sighed. The file she used was of poor quality, so the edges of my nails were kind of rough. Through the mani she kept twisting and pulling my fingers and demanded «you relax!» When I pointed to her a few spillover spots, she protested impatiently «I know I know.» I guess I would avoid this place in the future even though the price is pretty cheap for $ 8 (I tipped her $ 2), not happy with the experience at all.
