My whole encapsulation experience has been great, compare to my first child I can definitely tell a huge difference between my two births. No postpartum depression, my milk supply came in quickly and my baby quickly reached her healthy weight, there is nothing more satisfying than knowing your baby is receiving the best. I met Claudia and her husband at a baby expo. They both are very knowledgable and informative about encapsulation and explained the services they provided thoroughly. I had researched placenta encapsulation and felt very comfortable going with Mommy Knows Best Encapsulation to provide the service. Claudia and I kept in contact and made arrangements to meet before my scheduled delivery date. I delivered my son a week early without warning. As soon as I found out I contacted Claudia who kept in contact with me throughout the day. She was very responsive to my texts and emails. Unfortunately, due to complications I encountered during my pregnancy my OB insisted on sending my placenta to pathology for testing. I contacted Claudia and gave her the unfortunate news that I was unable to move forward with the capsulation. She was super understanding and supportive. She even continued contact with me in the upcoming days after my delivery to check on me and the baby.
Claudia genuinely cares for her clients. She’s extremely responsive and professional. She is very knowledgeable and pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking into placenta encapsulation. Even though I was unable to do the encapsulation there is no doubt that her product is as suburb as her customer service.
