Mollie B’s Cookies Cakes & Pies

We needed a birthday cake for a big party, and after sampling at some of the big cake makers, or being denied samples at others, we called Sue, and she shared her vanilla cake, chocolate cupcake, and Mollie O’s cookies with us, and they were all delicious! We ordered a half sheet vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and it was superb. Our daughter and her friends loved the cake so much, we will definitely be back. There are a lot of fine options when it comes to bakeries, but Mollie B’s gives that personal touch that you can taste!

Mollie B Cookies are fantastically delicious. I bought a dozen Peanut butter chocolate cupcakes for a work bday celebration. Each cupcake had a cookie nestled on top… I’ve never seen that before!~The cupcakes are decadent-​organic and all! I also ordered a dozen chocolate chip gluten free cookies for myself and they were moist in the center which made them chewy and yet the outside had a slight crunch. If you didn’t know they were gluten free, you would not know. The organic ingredients definitely elevate each bite. I also loved the cool crystal chanderliers that draw your attention when you walk inside-​they have a modern flair which make them seem appropriate in such an enviornment. You GOTTA go! Store is not called mollie b’s which was confusing. The business is B&K Sugar Arts. Didn’t see anyone inside when I stopped by at 4:30. Ended up getting cookies at Fred’s bakery next door instead.

Seriously chocolate lover brownies! So homemade, so delicious. The owner, Sue, is super nice and truly loves baking and only uses the best ingredients. It’s really like getting homemade treats from a family member baked with love.
I also got some of her chocolate chip cookies, but gluten free to accommodate some dinner guests. They where fantastic! My gluten free friends said they where the best gluten free cookies they ever had. I just loved them, gluten free or not!
Mollie Bs treats are truly delicious, custom baked top of the line desserts. Sue’s packaging is also gorgeous. So easy to place an order and show up at my next get together with a beautiful box of delicious fresh baked unique goodies. So happy I discovered Mollie Bs, can’t wait to try some of their other treats!

Mollie B’s makes the best cookies, the owner Sue will even work with you to recreate a super secret family recipe. It’s like having my grandmother back in the kitchen again, only she doesn’t make me do dishes… so win/​win!

Before I get started, you need to know how much I love cookies. When I was little, I’d ask for a cookie and sometimes my mom said yes and sometimes she said no. Apparently, one day she said «no» so I started planning for the future and hoarding cookies under the couch cushion for those inexplicable times when she refused me. I was a 5 year old cookie hoarder. NOW, onward to the present and my new obsession: MOLLIE B: First: You will have one of her snickerdoodle cookies and think, surely, nothing can be better than this cookie. Then you will have one of her Oreo Cupcakes and you will think, surely, nothing can be better than this. Then you will have the cupcakes WITH THE COOKIE ON TOP and you will wonder, my god, I have to stop eating all this sugar, I have reached the top! Nothing can be better than this! Then you will remember that she makes brownies. So you will put some fancy expensive vanilla ice cream on the brownie thinking, these will be perfect together! But then, you take one bite and exclaim! THIS ICE CREAM NEEDS TO GO because this brownie is too good to be adulterated with anything else. I’m glad I’m an adult now, and can order these whenever I want… no need to hide them under the couch cushion… unless I don’t want to share!

I met the owner Sue of Mollie B’s and she is amazing! She sells her cookies, brownies, pies and cupcakes out of the sugar lab which is located right next to Fred’s bakery– cross streets are Olin and Robertson. It is a little hard to spot but believe me it’s totally worth the trip!
Chocolate chip cookie– my all time favorite and by far the best cookie I have found in LA!!! You HAVE TO TRY IT!
Oreo cookie cupcake– I love Oreos and cupcakes but have never really liked this flavor in the past. Mollie B’s Oreo cupcake was AMAZING! It was moist and delicious. The flavor was perfect!!! I can’t wait to try more flavors! Also, the packaging was so cute– perfect for a birthday treat.
Brownie– super rich delicious chocolate with big chunks of chocolate. So good!
The best part was the ingredients. Everything was real high quality ingredients!
I will definitely order more goodies asap!
Tip– this is somewhat of a small business. Sue told me if there is a particular flavor or item I want to call that morning so it will be available fresh that day.

Holy snicker doodle cupcake! I love Mollie B’s cookies and baked goods. Whether I’m thanking a client or just treating myself, these gourmet deserts are always amazing. Conveniently located in Culver City, Mollie B’s cookies are my favorite in all of Los Angeles!
