Mr. Mohajerian counsels corporate clients and litigates Intellectual Property, Franchise and Labor matters. For over 18 years, he has represented clients in state and federal courts in a number of states. He is a member of the State Bar of California, American and Los Angeles County Bar Associations. He is admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California. He served a three-​year term as member of the Franchise Law Committee of the State Bar of California. He has been recognized by Franchise Times as one of the top 100 legal eagles in 2004. Mr. Mohajerian has been nominated and selected as a Super Lawyer every year since 2008. Super Lawyers is a publication of Thomson Reuters and provides rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-​degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
