Modative Architecture

I called on a Friday morning. The woman who answered the phone asked a couple of questions about my project. When I told her it was only a $ 200,000 budget I guess I wasn’t a high priority. I asked when could I expect a call back and she said by the latest Monday evening. I told her I was hoping for a call end of day Friday. Needless to say, I never received a call back. Very disappointing!

Integrity, talented, professional, resourceful, knowledgeable, passionate and client centric all come to mind when thinking back to our experience with Modative. Our requirement was simple: convert our open loft to a two bedroom while maintaining modern, loft style design and feel… oh, and finish it in time before the birth of our daughter. Not only did Modative complete the project on time, but the results have received rave reviews from our friends and neighbors. Most importantly, my wife and I are extremely happy with the results. As with any project, we had our bumps and surprises, but Modative was responsive to every incident and managed the resolution of each issue in a timely fashion, including those that had to do with contractors and city permits. Their communication and attention to detail was outstanding. We could not have imagined a better level of service and are so glad we had them as our architects. I would highly recommend Modative to any prospective client looking to do small or large size projects.
