I have been seeing Doctor Spirt for a number of years. Primarily for my regular checkups and colonoscopies. However, several years ago I saw he and his associate for an illness. I received first rate care! This is an excellent office. Very professional and capable. Doctor Spirt takes the time necessary to assess your current condition. He is very through. His preventative colonoscopies are done at a first rate facility. He is the best.
You can not do better.

I had an issue with billing and got a phone call from Dr. Spirit directly to resolve it. He agreed a mistake had been made and instead of taking the corrected amount, he told me he wouldn’t accept any payment at all since I had a bad experience. That’s unheard of.

I still see Dr. Spirt on the regular, and he’s still the best best best. Brittany and Mallory are so great! Visit this office for all your tummy troubles!

I saw the doctor for about 3 years. I think he is a good doctor, however, there was not a time that I didn’t wait for a long time to see him. 90% of the time the waiting room was empty also! When I told him that I wanted to see a physician closer to my home his response was that if I did not return to his practice within 30 days he would not see me again! I had never heard that from a doctor before.

I had gastro-​intesinal problems for months and went to doctor after doctor. i was desperate by the time i got to Dr. Spirt. He was no-​nonsense and offered a step by step plan for how I was going to get back to health. He’s an excellent doctor!

First of all is important, to realize that Dr. Spirt is a private doctor and he is absolutely phenomenal.
I have seen a variety of doctors and cannot tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Spirt’s help with my case. He took the time to slowly review my case, talk to me intelligently and discuss my course of care as he worked to diagnose me.
Finally, after being severely sick for about a year he diagnosed me with Spincter of Oddi Dsyfunction — a rare biliary disease. I had an ERCP done with his associate and have been as good as gold ever since.
Apparently my condition in my case is super rare and can take years to diagnose.
Despite other commentary from a variety of other doctors that were convinced that my problems were «made up» or «psychological» Dr. Spirt always took my case seriously and never doubted the amount of pain I was in. He also had the insight to order specific tests that other «major head of department» hospital doctors never ordered. He was smart enough to think outside the box and look at the discreet clues.
I remember first walking into his office and discussing my symptoms to which he responded with, «I think something is definitely going on, its not life threatening but it is a severe nuisance.» He held held true to that thought and sure enough, was able to come up with a diagnosis and treatment that has dramatically improved the quality of my life.
I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Spirt for sticking by my side and really making the effort to diagnose and treat my condition. If it were not for him I would still be in severe pain and suffering incredibly.

I’m one of those people that researches the internet for everything and at the same time doesn’t believe any good or bad reviews! After months of research, I decided to go to Dr. Spirt for my stomach issues… and now I wish I could go to him for everything! He is straight to the point, he listens, explains in a way you can understand and most importantly — knows exactly what he is talking about. The best!

Dr. Spirt rules!
He actually listens to you, takes you seriously, and is genuinely concerned. The office is great, its clean and everyone there is nice, and there is rarely a wait. Highly recommend him if you have any stomach probs at all.
