My philosophy of IT support is that I’d rather empower my clients to solve as many of their own problems as possible. I enjoy teaching my customers to use their own systems and understand their computers.

Many IT support people don’t enlighten their own customers, withholding passwords and information about how their systems work in order to maintain a «hold» on their customers. I would rather my clients continue to use my services because they are thrilled with my services and NOT because they feel «held hostage». Therefore, I’ll explain everything I do to you and hopefully teach you to resolve problems on your own.

I’m in this business because I like people, not computers. I just happen to be good at them.
