Coming from someone who used to work at a McDonald as a teen. this really bugs me.. How lazy do you take have to be to stick a cup of ice cream under a spoon and step on a peddle to spin the spoon. To make a Mc Flurry.. This isn’t the 1st time that they tell me it’s not working. 1st time I caught them and the guy at the window took it back and actually did his job. now tonight. Not only do they tell me it’s not working. But they hand me the McFlurry with the lid not sealed correctly.. So when my daughter grabs it fron the cup holder to eat it. All the oreos spill. Once again. This wouldn’t of happen it they spin the spoon and actually make it what it’s supposed to me. A F***ing McFlurry.. and close the lid correctly

Your average Mickey D’s. Fries sometimes come out hot, sometimes not. Drinks are sometimes a little on the flatter side. One time, the employee handed me the hot fudge sundae(via drive through) and the cap wasn’t closed all the way, making a huge mess. Hence 3 stars for average.

If I could give half a star I would. Me and my wife just left this McDonald’s not to long ago, I get it it’s the breakfast rush. You’re rushing to get people’s orders in and out but when they gave my wife her coffee upon receiving it the lid wasn’t shut all the way causing the coffee to spill all over her pants. HOT Coffee! The burned her. McDonald’s make sure the cover is closed before you give it. Quality customer service or quantity no one likes being rushed.

Id like to give 5 stars for bad service. Go figure it’s midnight and we’re doing a snack run for baby daddy and prego over here(me). They make us pull into the parking lot bc I think they’re making the tortilla for his snack wrap and went fishing at the market for my van de camps fish filet. So we’re basically sitting here in the reserved parking lot for what? Makes me think they’ll be waiting for minimum wage to happen in year 2021 rather then spending that valuable time going to college and earning that $ 15 hourly. We rarely come to any McDonald’s just bc of diet as well all locations forgetting to put items in the bag. We’re sure not to visit ever again.

Worst mc Donald service. Needs to get shut down for horrible service. Waited 15 – 20 minutes for driver thru service and once I got to the window they said they only accepted cash. No apology no food compensation. They only had one job to do and they couldn’t follow through it.

Only because I have to give it a star. We walked in waited for about 10 mins at the counter to have our order taken and 3 employees saw us and one was a manager. She didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. Couldn’t believe that with them not having any customers they would act like this. Luckily we weren’t hungry all we wanted was a shake so we left and took our business elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Horrible people skills.

Yeah yeah yeah, this is a chain, but seriously this McDonalds royally McSucks. I go there and I order two McDoubles and an Ice tea. McDoable, right? Not for this ineptness. First off, the guy had to be corrected TWICE when I was making the order. Then, he had to be corrected AGAIN when I got to the window. Then they told me to park in their waiting area. So I waited. Time passes. Then someone comes and hands me a bag. I think Yay. Turned out NAY. It was the completely wrong order! Thankfully I was able to call the employee as she was dashing back in. She then took the order. Waited EVENLONGER before someone finally came out with the RIGHT order. Oh, and I forgot to mention: This was all on my lunch break from work. You’d think this place would understand that given that it was lunch hour. I’m glad I’m not the only person here that had a problem with this place. Someone needs to call corporate and tell them it’s time for an overhaul at this location, PRONTO!

This location WAS my favorite for a wile. This morning I went for a cup-coffee and they had the worst order taker. A guy that sounded that he wished he was at home with his play station. I was at the speaker ready to take my order and I was kept been told(hold on) other cars went by .I restarted my order like 4 times and he still did not get it right. Employees with attitude should be FIRED on the spot. Lucky enough there is plenty of choices for food in this area. Until they gets people that love their job.

What is wrong with McDonald’s these days?! I’m only giving one star because I can’t give minus stars. I ordered two iced coffees today 1:50pm on Sunday right after church. One large hazelnut iced coffee and one BLACK iced coffee with two Splenda. Apparently, BLACK iced coffee means that they’re allowed be no cream in the iced coffee. The guy was EATING and couldn’t properly take our order. So, we had to drive up to the window put in the order. We drive up to the next window to find two iced coffee both filled with cream. The guy handed me the iced coffee with cream and said«black iced coffee with two spendas». Apparently, this cream color iced coffee looked black to him?! You shouldn’t have your employs eating at the register and trying to take orders. That’s a big no-no.

I ordered through the drive thru 3 ice tea the cashier asked me to park in reserve cuz they were out of sweet ice, so i parked in reserve and wait, and wait for 3 ice tea, after 15 minute i decided to go inside and see what’s going on, the manager didn’t even apologized or the employees, I am a restaurant manager I always make sure my costumer have an amazing experience. And I asked my self how in the hell this idiots deserve to get paid $ 15 an hour they cant even make a order of freaking ice tea right? Worse costumer services ever, and please Mcdonal’s hired better management cuz for sure that idiot don’t know anything about that or have any costumer service. Never going back there

This Mcdonalds food quality is awful. Normally Mcdonald food isn’t that great, but this one it seem to be worst than usual. I ordred the Spicy Mcchicken, The bread was horrible and falling apart, chicken doesn’t taste tender at all. I ordered the large fries, the fries quality. It tasted chewy and the color is darker than usual. I do not recommed go to this Mcdonald.

Went to this branch on July 6, 2015 with my 2 year old son for a happy meal. We were told that we were 3 minutes early for a Happy Meal and that they could not serve us at that moment. She told her manager but even the manager could not do anything to help us out. The line was getting longer and I’m not gonna go to the end of the line because the employees could not serve us. The other McDonalds branch would take our order even if we were a bit early. However, we will just have to wait a little bit longer, which I didn’t mind coz I didn’t have to fall in line again.

I never thought I would ever see this again. I usually will get coffee, breakfast or fries here and that’s only if I’m in a hurry because I don’t like McDonald’s much.(But the fries are the best). As I went through the drive through to get a coffee, I saw an add for a FRIEDAPPLEPIE, now, these have not been around for ages(I’m guessing 15 – 20 years) and I used to love them. Then they switched to BAKED, and they sucked. So, I order one thinking it might be a mistake, BUTNO! they are back! Fried! Yummie!!!

This morning, as I am getting ready for work, I was craving pancakes, and I get to the screen and Mario(employee) began shouting and yelling, «what do you want», I pull up to his window and I asked him, why are you being so rude? He replied that he had said«good morning!» As he yelled while waving arm movements, as he screamed«are you buying something or not!» as he was rolling his eyes and what not, I asked to speak the manger and I saw him signaling to her that I was some crazy customer, his supervisor was a very nice lady who offered me free food and said that she will talk to the store manger about his behavior, However, the sad true is that she won’t, and even if I call corporate, nothing will happen to Mario, because he is working a minimum wage job, because employers lose profits on training new employees and they want long terms employees for better maximum profits. So nothing will happen and Mario’s behavior will go unnoticed, unchanged, and this is an injustice to the many of us that are simply trying to get to work, it is not our duty to care if Mario woke up on the wrong side of the bed or if he is having issues with his partner or roommate or any of that crap, at the end of the day, he has one task, to provide upmost customer service to everyone, not just people he fancies, worst of all, he instigated the fight, who the hell fights someone who only wants pancakes? Small, ignorant, unhappy people, news flash, life is what you make it, and I for a fact will never return to this establishment that lacks human kindness.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Every McDonalds are basically the same. It’s not one place’s food is better than the other. You can really review the service and this place’s service is the worst I’ve had. As a person, I try to be as cordial as I can be with people, especially waitstaff and people working in fast food joints. But this place really got my nerves boiling. Here’s the debacle: I came here to get breakfast(gotta love them breakfast!) and needed something quick. I ended up waiting for 15+ minutes for my food… at a FAST food joint. There was only one cashier manning the register even when the line grew to 10+ people. The cashier took his time counting change. I’m not going to really blame him since it’s those people ahead of me who paid in coins. You gotta hate those people too. After ordering my food, I stood at the side waiting. And there was that one employee who was looking at her phone despite how busy it is. Instead of packing food and completing orders, she kept looking at her phone. Instead of making drinks, she asked others to do it. After failing to get anyone to make them for her for about 3 – 4 minutes, she ended up doing herself. I saw a tray of food(the order ahead of mine) sitting there the entire time. What was missing? The drinks she asked others to make when she could’ve done it herself earlier! Then finally comes my order… the Egg McMuffin combo with an orange juice. I see her pack my food into a bag and she left it on a counter. Yet again, she asked someone to make the orange juice for her. Christ! I was looking at my bag, sitting there… After a few minutes, some other employee took my order, thinking it’s theirs. The original girl forgot about my order and fulfilled the order after mine. I’ve had my last nerve. I went up to her and asked,” Where’s my order? I saw it sitting right there on the counter and all I needed was the orange juice.” In 20 seconds I got my order. If wasn’t in a hurry, I would have wanted to talk to her manager and file a complaint. Fortunately, I’m not usually in the area so I won’t have to go through it again. The service is utterly terrible. There’s a Burger King across the street, FYI. On a positive note, it’s been a while since I’ve seen a McDonalds that still has a Play Place.

Coffee, breakfast deal. The end. Just drivin’ thru, just drivin’ thru. Bonus: across the street is a historic building! Van de Kamp’s used to own the place. It now houses an Alliance Environmental Science and Technology Charter High School.
