Seems to always run out of the items I order. Also, their promotion/coupons that you scan on a mcdonald’s app on your smartphone, mostly never works and all they can do is say, «the computer is not accepting it, you have to pay full price?» This coming from Vikki, the manager. Personally, I have worked in the service industry and I would still accept the offer, because it sounds like a technical problem with your register. Only once a nice, young, man corrected the«computers«mistake, and honored the promotional code. Dirty, stinky, rude. I’m Loving It!

I stand up for fast food restaurant employees getting 15 $ min wage, but when your drive thru guy at 6:03PM6÷7÷2016 leaves out the fries to my combo it makes me rethink that min wage hike, thanks

Can I give a 0? Ordered two iced coffees and both were screwed up, as usual. Light ice… no sugar… how hard is that. When I asked for a remake the manager gave me major attitude, slammed the drink in the trash, rolled her eyes at me, and mumbled a bunch in Spanish. I think her name is Lidia. Avoid her. She’s a sad face for customer service and while most of the other employees are nice… I’m not sure I’ll go back. If I do I’ll certainly request she not help me or anyone around me.

«No shakes or ice cream after 12.» First, that’s just STUPID. The restaurant is OPEN, but they arbitrarily stop serving shakes and ice cream after midnight, which I’ve never seen at ANY other McDonalds. Secondly, of course you aren’t informed of this surprise caveat until you’ve waited in the drive-thru line to place your order. Then you have to wait EVENLONGER, because you’re stuck in the drive-thru«tunnel» with no way to exit until you’ve passed the drive-thru windows. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

I’ve been here four times in the last couple years. Each time has been awful for one reason or another. Each time, I have chalked it up to being fast food and I shouldn’t expect much. Each time I’ve gone back thinking«It can’t be as bad as last time» and each time I have been wrong. I’ve used the drive thru and also the counter service. I cannot recommend one over the other. The employees have always been rude at both. Three out of the four times I have been given the wrong order. And we’re talking COMPLETELY wrong orders — chicken sandwiches instead of hamburgers, etc. Twice I was given someone else’s order. All but one time, I was not given a straw or napkins which is difficult getting drive-thru. The restaurant is small with limited seating and seedy clientele. I used this as a quick stop since it is perfectly on my route, but never again. I would rather go hungry.

Came through this morning about 3:45AM. Ordered a large vanilla latte, and politely asked them to make sure it’s filled to the top.(Many times I order the coffee, and it’s like 2⁄3 of the way full, so you’re paying for a large and getting a small.) The girl immediately got an attitude with me and said yeah… it’s a large coffee — anything else? Then some guy came up to the window, instead of her to give me my order. A few minutes before, as he was filling my coffee(which I could see through the drive in window), he’s laughing(apparently with her) and looking my way. Like I know it’s just McDonalds, but have a little class. I didn’t choose your profession for you. But since you work there, carry it off with some decorum.(I will say I came through at 3:45am on Monday, and the personnel were nice.)

It’s 5:28am as I write this. I’m getting off work & Im all super pissed. However my attitude was changed around by the great service from the drive thru. The woman who took my order was very thorough & detail oriented & I didn’t have to shout in order for her to hear what I was saying(like most drive thrus). Thank you so much for making simplicity possible here, I appreciated it so much.

I come here once a week, since I pass it on my way to work. Way too many homeless hang out in there, plus when you order iced coffee, and you ask to put creamer in there, they put way to much of it, coffee is not really coffee, it is more like creamer water. Besides that it is not a bad place to stop by.

Great stuff but a lot of homeless people are hanging out here. They open the door for you and waiting for something in return. It’s a good place for a quick stop

When it comes to McDonalds, this location takes the McDonalds cake. They don’t serve cake, but you’ll think you’re eating cake when you bite down into those delicious loafs. Take it from me, I’ve never had a burger like the one at this McDonalds and that’s no joke. What makes a good burger? Meat, sauce? Cheese even? No, it’s the love and compassion for your fellow man(or woman) and that’s the stinking truth, friend. Gobble it up, gobble it down, don’t be a clown(unless it’s Ronald :) be a McDonalds person like me. That meat just can’t be beat. Buon appetite!

Right off the bat, there are definitely better McDonald’s out there in terms of pure aesthetics and location. However, this particular McDonald’s does get points for its convenience(it’s technically closer to me than the rest) and the fact that, during breakfast hours, there is a live person to take your order. The food is pretty much in line with other McDonald’s. I always use the drive thru, so I cannot comment on the interior. Bottom line: if you live near the area(Echo Park or HiFi) and need to get your coffee fix on prior to getting on the 101, then this is your McDonald’s!

Even I have standards in what reviews I’ll Unilocal, and Unilocaling a mcdonalds does seem a little lame. But I am breaking that policy so that I can say«fuck this McDonalds» in about three paragraphs. Because I’ve gotten seriously«fuck you» quality service from this place twice in a row now. I have never successfully completed an order at this location. The first time, I just wanted a mcflurry. The guy had taken off or muted his headset so I just sat there like an idiot for 5 minutes before going to the window. «Oh sorry bro! I had my headset off!» You’re on drivethrough bro, isn’t that the single most important part of being on drivethrough? I place my order, he took my money, and then 5 minutes later… «Oh, sorry bro, we don’t have any ice cream.» I was over it. «Then we have nothing to discuss» I said, while rolling away. The second time was last night. It was pouring rain and I pulled up to the speaker. After waiting for about 5 minutes and hearing nothing on the line, I asked«Hello?» “Hi,” says an already exasperated voice, «Can you calm down please?» Uh, excuse me? Yeah that’s fine, I’ll just sit here with my window cracked getting rain dumped on me for another eight minutes because apparently I need to calm down. Finally the voice comes back«Okay, what?» At this point there are three cars behind me. I start my order and he cuts in «Just so you know it’s cash only, is that okay?» Wellp, I don’t have any cash, and that would have been relavent information 12 minutes ago when I could have backed out. «No, it’s not,» I said. I pull forward, and spend the next 20 minutes stuck in the goddamn drivethrough as the guy processes two orders. Two. One two. Somehow take the better part of half an hour. When I finally pull up to the window, it’s wide open, and no one is visible in the entire building. I have no idea if they were being robbed or what the fuck was going on, but for some reason there were more McDonalds employees in the parking lot at 3AM then there were inside. I left a tiny plastic replica grenade on the open windowsill and drive off, baffled as to what the fuck had just happened. TL;DR, This McDonalds has a long tradition of suck and it continues it proudly.

I’ve lived near this mcdonald’s for ages and repeatedly they mess up my order. I ordered a chocolate shake and it clearly looked vanilla and it tasted vanilla. Was really disappointed of the service. Going to another mcdonalds is a smart choice.

I came here for Christmas Day lunch… my friend just got out of Federal Prison so he was dying for Mikey D’s. His wish is my command. I bought him crazy cheeseburgers, fries, nuggets, cookies, and ice cream! The cashier was in a good mood eventhough he was working on Christmas day! The place was pretty clean and the service was quick. The soda machine was a tad off though… the coke tasted slightly flat. Other than that we were happy campers.

This McDonald’s is superior to the others in the neighborhood. It’s a little tricky to navigate to the entrance of the parking lot. The staff is friendlier than that of comparable McDonald’s and the location seems cleaner. My favorite feature of this location is the Drive Through! During lunch hours there is a live person that greets you and takes your orders and doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t want. My only gripe is the automatic soda pouring machine, because it usually leaves the cup wet.

Even for a McDonalds this place has problems. Now I’m not one of these people that think its cool to bash on McDonalds and pretend that Im somehow«above» eating there. But this McDonald’s seems to have a lot of problems. Every time that I’m here they are always out of something or I will have to wait for them to finish cooking my meal. I mean its McDonald’s, how do you run out of fries or chicken nuggets? One time they even weren’t accepting credit cards. Also, almost to a time they mess up my order. Never anything major like a salad instead of a burger but small things like a sprite instead of a coke. But the food is good, and they have a nice interior that is clean and the staff is always friendly. So, its a McDonald’s. You get what you always get from McDonald’s.
