Very very poor service! My son wanted lettuce on his burger and they forgot to put it on. The worker just takes it with her bare hands and adds lettuce instead of making him a new one. And they charged is .27 cents for a sauce. Are you kidding me ??? Bathroom smelled like sweet and sour fart…

Worse Mcdonalds so far. Let me explain in detail so you guys believe me. First let me say that I’m here often because I live close by. Drive-thru always messes up my order. I once order a crispy sweet chilly Mcwrap and a crispy ranch chicken wrap for my wife. I got grill instead crispy for both. Had to get out of the car to walk inside and let them know they did a mistake. They apologize and fixed my order, or so I thought. On my way out my wife check to realized they put the same shit in side. This happen 2 more times before they got the order right. Even the manager couldn’t believe that they kept messing up the order. He game me my money back. So this kind of stuff always happens at this mcdonalds. I go here twice a week so just believe me. I know I’m ashamed I eat here so much But today I got feed up and that’s why I’m writing this review. They gave me a rotten yogurt. Why? Why? I don’t understand how you get a yogurt wrong. It’s so visible. It’s junky instead of smooth

Drive thru HEADACHE! Simple order. FAILED! It’s almost 90 degrees outside and they don’t have ice cream. I ask for a chicken club. They say they don’t make that anymore. I keep it simple and order a burger no pickle small fries. The lady at the window gives me major attitude when I ask her about why there’s no ice cream when it’s warm weather. She hands me my cup of ice with no lid and when I ask her for a lid, that’s a problem too. I get home and my burger no pickles has NOTHING. No ketchup. No mustard. No onions. My receipt(see pic) only shows no pickles. Apparently no pickles means No NOTHING. Ridiculous!

True story: I literally left a McDonalds in Northridge(my mistake in going there) and drove to this location just so I could enjoy the dining area, music and friendly faces here. I get a coffee and apple pie usually and really enjoy the environment here. Perhaps I could offer a tip to people when they review… Don’t review right after a bad experience. You’re bound to say something ugly, and you’re only embarrassing yourself.(I’m guilty at least once!) Have some class. Anyway, this place is definitely clean, the fries are great(not all locations are), everyone is friendly! I really hope they never«renovate» like the other stores because the new style is harsh and cold. As for this location– it’s great. Hey, sometimes drive through orders are done wrong. Check your bag and double check with the person. It’s McDonald’s, not the Four Seasons. And if you encounter a grumpy employee, maybe flip the switch and be extra nice to them. You don’t know how their day went. Between listening to A-hole customers who are demanding and rude, screaming kids, and unpredictable transients, I imagine keeping a smile on your face can be challenging. Be nice, smile, and come to this location where the coffee is delicious, the fries are always hot and salty and they have booths to sit in! Oh, and there is plenty of parking in their lot.

Drive thru lady very rude! Bad customer service! I ordered breakfast for my daughter, went to the pay & pick up window then the lady took my debit card and charged it as credit. I didn’t mind but I asked her, did you charge it as credit? Because she asked me to sign and she said risky JUSTSIGNIT! Even my 13 year-old said wow that was rude. Then she said in Spanish to another employee there Mira esta! Not knowing I spoke fluently in Spanish! Then they laughed. So I waited till she handed me my food and told her I speak Spanish and your very rude! What’s the problem! And they looked surprised. She’s lucky I had my daughter with me or I would of gone off to her manager!

This is honestly one of the cleanest Mcdonalds I have been to in a while. I usually don’t go that much anymore due to diet change but this one is spotless. The also have a pretty big play area. It seems to me that this one is one of the newer ones or remodeled and they did pretty good job. Service was great too.

Stopped by to get some energy and food and stopped at first place I was familiar seemed like it recently was remodeled it looked clean they had signs throughout the place charging for extra condiments and only 1 refill per hour… they might have a loitering problem but not that I seen. everything is behind the counter so if you want napkins you must ask. service was fast and food was fresh, to leave this place is a nightmare cuz they were working on street.

Giving a McDonald’s a bad review is like pointing to a homeless man and saying, «Hey, he’s poor. That man has very little.» Nobody goes to McDonald’s if they have a better option. McDonald’s isn’t where you go. It’s where you end up. This McDonald’s, though, is a special case. There’s generally nothing wrong with the food, and though their fries tend to be under-salted and undercooked the rest of their food is pretty par for the course. A Big Mac is a Big Mac. The reason I choose I give this McDonald’s a negative review, however, is their generally unwelcoming nature. The signage on the entrance reminds you who owns this branch and what they will and will not accept within their walls, stated in pseudo-legalese. Once you’re inside, further harshly-worded signage outlines additional rules and regulations. Condiments are extra! No more than one refill so long as it is requested within 30 minutes of your initial order! No loitering! The signage isn’t anywhere near as unwelcoming as the apparitions haunting the register. I say«apparitions» because I’m fairly confident they do not exist on the same plane of reality as us. They exist in a netherspace, a world parallel to ours, and their ghostly movements leave an impression upon our waking world. That, at least, would explain why they are expressionless, humorless, lifeless. They are as porcelain, their faces fixed, their mouths unmoving, their eyes unblinking. Were they once alive? Could they have been like us in some distant past? Are they our inevitable fate, who mankind is destined to become? Every time I enter this McDonald’s I feel like I’m disturbing an old graveyard. I feel like I’m disturbing the burial site of some malevolent spirit. Which, y’know, it being so close to Halloween right now is perhaps thematically appropriate. But not when I’m going in for a McMuffin. Avoid this McDonald’s, if you have the option. If you don’t, then may your soul be preserved by whichever gods can find it.

Reading the reviews I was again opened minded as to what to expect. 8:00 am on a Monday, the store wasn’t busy but a customer in front of us. Took our order and repeated it back for accuracy and It took a little long in getting the order out but it was hot and fresh. The store was clean and the restroom was clean as well. Considering how long we waited and how busy it was knocked them out of the 5 star category.

#ghetto! This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately it’s the closest to my house. Inside is filthy. They let the homeless come inside and use the restrooms and even sit and linger inside the restaurant. The parking lot is always full of skate boarders trying to do tricks. Entrance/exit is off of a busy street so it’s always a challenge getting in and out. The worst part is, no matter how easy your order is, they always manage to get it wrong. What an epic fail!

Very clean on the inside, modern décor with a huge indoor kids play place, which was also very clean. The employees were friendly and smiled. Very helpful. The food is standard, nothing really to complain about. The photos and other reviews don’t give this place justice, they seem outright nit picky. It’s McDonald’s after all, but I have experienced much, much worse. 5 stars for cleanliness and customer service.

I may be committing some kind of foodie sin here for giving a…*gasp*…MCDONALDS five-stars, but hear me out. This McDonalds was cleaner and nicer than a Starbucks in Beverly Hills. I was blown away. First of all — I never really go to McDonalds. Maybe once a year I’ll have an Egg McMuffin. The last time I had a McDonalds burger was during the Bush Administration. When you got In-N-Out…why bother? But I was hungry… no…STARVING…and was bottoming out from way too many cups of coffee. Therefore, I decided to stop into this lovely McDonalds to grab a bite. I was blown away by how nice it was inside. This is not the McDonald’s I remember with the 50s memorabilia sticking out of the wall like the building collided with an abandoned diner being hauled to the dump. It looks like a nice café — and a clean one at that. I ordered two cheeseburgers(I’m a simple man, with simple tastes) from the polite cashier. They were ready right away and with the first bite I felt like a kid again. For under three bucks — this Mickey D’s trip was absolutely worth it.

Here right now and told to pull over and wait because we were served cold fries and asked for hot fries. All the others cars behind us have been served and we’re still left outside waiting for our food with 2 hungry kids in the car. Never trying this location again.

I got banned for being drunk at 1:00 pm. I told them that I have a genetic disease that makes me appear drunk even when I haven’t drunk any alcohol. They still banned me! Don’t go there if you have any disability!

McDonalds again?! I think Unilocal may ban me to be an Elite ’11. Well, I did my shopping today and I just wanted a quick bite and get my mom something before she left. That’s what a son does… lol. I have never been here since this McDonald’s renovated the location. I remember the drive-thru was a long drive-thru, but now it had more parking and a PlayLand or PlayPlace… I forgot the name. I ordered 2-McDoubles($ 1 each) and a large french($ 2.19) fries for my mom. My total was $ 4.60 I still keep ask myself why do they keep asking for HOWMANYPACKETS?! Is there a census that they are doing?! Just give it to us. As I was paying, the lady gave me a strange stare without saying anything at me. It was a STAREDOWN. I guess the lady in uniform was not friendly to me. I think women hate me this weekend. She just gave me my bag and off I go… Again, McDonald’s is not special. Only to kids since its like their home away from home. I got to burn off all the calories from all the fast food I have been eating. Geez… wheres the Fast Food Salads?! lol. Have Fun here and Keep Unilocaling!
