Mark Valenti Process Server

The initial conversation with Mark on June 2^nd gave me confidence that the job would be done, and be done professionally. He explained his process and quoted us a very reasonable fee. On June 3^rd I emailed the initial on-​boarding paperwork and all of the court documents that needed to be served, and requested that a PayPal invoice be sent to me asap so payment could be made and services could be rendered. I received a response the same day that the documentation had been received. Perfect.
After a couple of days of no contact, we followed up with a phone call and voicemail June 5^th — no response. The following week we made a couple of more calls to Mark and left very professional messages. I left a final message on June 9^th requesting that he reach out to let me know whether or not he’d still be able to perform the service so that I’d know how we needed to proceed. Today is June 18^th and we still haven’t received a phone call, an invoice, or an email update.
This entire process was very unprofessional, and what’s even more unsettling is that all of the personal/​private information pertaining to our case is floating around out there somewhere, in the hands of someone who didn’t perform the intended service. Very unhappy and disappointed in the lack professionalism.
