I have been a customer for over 2 years. Jose is the most trustworthy, kind, sweet, and honest man! I have never had a problem with scheduling or timeliness. If I text Jose, he gets back promptly! His crew does a great job. My house sparkles when they are finished. I can’t recommend enough!

I could not be happier with Jose and Sandra. Our house is a bit on the bug infested, dusty side because of poor insulating by the architect. I reiterated to them I didn’t care how long the job took to get done but that I wanted it done. I have read reviews where cleaning companies arrive, stay the allotted 3 hours, and then leave for their next job. Jose and Sandra completely respected this and were lovely enough to stay until there wasn’t a dust bunny in sight!!! I am so overjoyed to now have a clean home and will be utilizing their services monthly!

The crew from Make Easy Maid did a fantastic job of cleaning my condo prior to my moving in. However, even though I explained the baseboards and window sills in the vacant residence didn’t need to be cleaned because they had been freshly painted, I was disappointed to learn the crew walked on the wet carpeting and cleaned those rooms contrary to my instructions. And, of course, I had to pay for the extra rooms. But, I certainly can’t complain about the work. They even cleaned the inside of the dishwasher! I’ll definitely use Make Easy Maid again.

THE LONG VERSION:
I’ve been meaning to write a review for this service for a while and finally getting around to it.
As a neat freak, I’ve had my fair share of maid services, and I’m quite picky. But I’m also not rolling in money, so it’s been challenging trying to find the right price point with good/​honest service.
I live in a small one-​bedroom apt but am always entertaining and cooking a ton, and have a teeny-​tiny kitchen, so the place gets messy and cluttered quite quickly. So my key priorities were hiring a service who could do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen, oven, fridge, dishes and doors… and then paying attention to the other teeny-​tiny room in the apt, the bathroom (which squeezes a tub and toilet in a space only slightly bigger than an airplane lavatory).
I contacted Jose at Make Easy Maid after submitting my request to a service-​matching website, and he responded right away. He was prompt — very responsive over cell phone and text messaging — and courteous and came over to give an honest estimate. He arrived punctually and did a nearly 45-​min walkthrough of my tiny place. He quoted a price that I thought was too high — I explained to him I was looking for a regular weekly/​bi-​weekly service and we negotiated what I thought was more reasonable– $ 70 for a regular biweekly cleaning.

Before the first cleaning, Jose came back again and took a detailed tour of the (small) apt, making note of the special things I wanted done (folding a small load of laundry, cleaning inside the fridge & cupboards, oven, deep cleaning of bathroom, etc.). On the day of the first cleaning, Jose came back and walked through the apt with the cleaner. He treated the cleaner respectfully and kindly, and they had good rapport, which I appreciated.
However, when I came home from work, I wasn’t happy with the first cleaning. There were a few things I’d specifically asked for that weren’t done, and the house didn’t have that «clean» smell. The bathroom didn’t sparkle. The microwave interior wasn’t cleaned.
I mentioned this to Jose and immediately he came back to the apartment THAT VERY SAME DAY (!). He was profusely apologetic and cleaned the areas above himself. That definitely struck me as a manager who wants to go the extra mile. So I went with them again… and again.
I’ll be honest: the cleaning STANDARD itself is not a five-​star service (this is my pickiness coming out). I’d say it meets 90% — 95% of my expectations. However, for the price, reliability and professionalism of the service, it is the best value out there. I have had other services that perhaps «clean» better but then arrive consistently late or reschedule at the last minute, or change cleaners, or become sloppy over time. I prefer to sacrifice perfection for reliability and working with a service that is professional and customer-​oriented.
One final example of Jose’s care and customer service. There was one (only one) episode where the scheduled cleaner was unable to make it as promised. I called Jose 5 mins after she was supposed to arrive. He immediately clarified the situation, and finding that she couldn’t come to clean as she had promised, apologized and came HIMSELF, leaving his home from deep in the Valley right away with another cleaner to take care of the scheduled cleaning. This was the day after Thanksgiving! I was very touched and to me, this again represents the extent to which Jose and his company will go to promote customer satisfaction.
It doesn’t hurt that Jose is a family man with a beautiful son, and is one of the most polite and courteous service agents you’ll encounter.
