M&M is as good as it gets when you’re in that dreaded situation! These guys are good, very good. Had my vehicle stuck in underground parking on a busy night in Hollywood and this guy definitely came through. Got this company through AAA phone call I made and I was glad they sent someone who was competent and knew what he was doing. Great job M&M!

My lock out experience could not have gone any smoother nor faster! Lloyd was by my car in a matter of minutes, 2,3 minutes!!!
The whole process of unlocking the car probably took him 20 seconds!
Fast and quick! It doesn’t get better than this!

I work for construction company, and one of my field guys accidentally locked the keys inside their service vehicle. We have a few locksmith in our Rolodex, but they were all busy. I went to Unilocal and found someone near my tech. I called them and spoke to Diana, who was very pleasant, obtained pricing and she dispatched someone to open our service vehicle asap. The locksmith arrived in 20 mins and got my tech going. I couldn’t be happier with their service. They made my life a substantial easier yesterday.

Started my day off soaked from the morning storm. Got to work let my dogs out and went back to grab their breakfast only to find out i locked my keys in the car.
AAA sent M & M Key service they were fast to the point got my keys out of the car in record time.
He than asked a couple questions about my dog which to me shows they a personable and enjoy getting to know their clients. 5 stars!

I had already had a long day and to top it off I locked my keys in my trunk just as my car door automatically locked!
I was livid! But AAA handled my call and directed me to M&M! So thankful for them. They took only 20 mins to arrive andddd he arrived with a smile and good convo. Took my mind off of all the drama!
Didn’t wait long at all thanks to M&M I’d definite recommend them.

I came to work (Rudy’s Barbershop) this morning, and some contractors that were working in our shop locked their keys in their car, where their tools were. We were pressed for time before opening time, so I called AAA, which sent Lloyd from M&M. Amazing timing, and great conversation during service. The time between hanging up with AAA and Lloyd leaving the parking lot was not more than 10 or 15 minutes.
