I’ve given this Lucy’s several chances to redeem their once decent services. However the machines are broken. Quarters always getting stuck in slots. The machines big and small keep washing your clothes for almost an hour and dryers very mediocre and smells like gas. I saw the owner maintain change machines often but not enough washing machine maintenance. I appreciate that they are sanitary but it does not compensate for the unsatisfactory long wait time and experience when customers are paying. There is no free wi-fi here. Hope this Lucy’s improves! In the mean time I’ll go to Lucy’s on Sunset!

Okay so i rarely give 5 stars but the reason why i gave this 5 is because 1. Even though its a hood laundromat its well taken care of meaning THEREWASANACTUALATTENDANTCLEANINGANDWIPINGMACHINESANDAVAILABLETOHELPYOU 2 clean machines at affordable prices the regular machine was 1.25…and believe me i have never seen that not even in the valley are so cheap 3 adequate parking 4 not card operated Now for what MOMSWANTTOKNOW there is a restroom, hand washing station, free wifi, tables to feed your young, soda machines and hot food machines and big folding u said before thus is compared to ALLTHE laundromats i have been to. they all had fancy signs and good marketing but none was welcoming and clean as this was. I didnt feel rushed or bothered by homeless people so thats a plus.

First time I came here I only used a small one load washer and it was great. Second time I used the biggest washers and it was fine. Third time I’ve come here and I used five different washers. All my clothes came out sopping wet. So wet I could have rung out a bathtub worth of water or more. Guess they decided to slow down the spin speed so we would have to dump more money into the dryers. Also noticed how dirty it was tonight. The floor was gross and looking in the washer where you put your detergent it doesn’t look like they have been cleaned in a while. One more thing why dose the sink in the restroom not work, and why don’t they fix the toilet? Putting your used toilet paper in a trash can seems a bit unsanitary. Overall I won’t be coming back here again. There are other laundry that are much cleaner and don’t scam people. Disappointed I’ll be sitting here an extra hour waiting for my clothes to dry.

Missed the small sign that said«atencion temporalmente no hay agua calibre» on one of the doors; unfortunately not on the entrance I went into. Only after I put my laundry in and started the machines did I find out that there was no hot water. 9 of the 16 washing machines were out of order. The place was pretty dirty. Not ideal if you’re trying to wash your clothes. The bigger machines are pretty expensive, and don’t fit twice the load of the smaller machines. This place is a mess. You can do better.

Parking lot, free wifi, a bunch of old school arcade games, vending snacks and laundry essentials(if you forgot yours, like I did). There’s a couch to relax on and food next door. I use to hate the laundry mat, but this place manages to make it alright. I wonder how many quarters I’ve burned going for the Galaga top score…

Went for the first time today. The place isn’t luxurious as there are wall repairs which need to be done and it could cleaned up a bit but it works. It has it’s own parking lot with tons of space and free wifi. To me, those are important factors in determining if I’d even bother going. They do their best to provide things to keep you occupied like food and arcade games and plenty of couches and chairs to make your wait a little more comfortable. This place does it’s job and it’s always open. I’d come back.

The first thing that really stood out to me were the sheer number of machines with an «out of order» sign stuck on the front. Both a large number of washers and driers were not working. It wasn’t too busy for a Sunday afternoon, but there were kids sprawled all over the floors. Another thing I noticed is that there doesn’t seem to be enough of those clothing carts; which causes some tension between customers. The lady working behind the counter seemed very sweet, helpful(tho possibly not bilingual) and they have a nice selection of things to buy, from mexican sodas to ice-creams in addition to the traditional detergents and softeners.

I love this laundromat! Plenty of washers, all with different prices and sizes. Lots of dryers and tables to fold your clothes. They hava a pacman game so that always makes time go by faster: D I usually wash and dry all my clothes with $ 7 and $ 1 to play pacman lol. The girls that run this place are always nice and helpful. Avoid going on Sundays, thats when everyone and their mommas go. The one thing i HAAAATE is trying to wash and having all these kids messing with the machines or running all over the place. Moms, please take care of your f***ing kids. This is a laundromat not a playground! This place has a huge parking lot so theres never a problem with that. Avoid the restrooms as well, they’re scary. They sell snacks and ice cream! ANDFREEWIFI!!! What more do you want?

Wow — this laundromat has the works! Aside from the vast array of washers and dryers, they have the widest variety of concessions and laundry supplies I’m ever seen at a laundromat. The attendants were friendly and when I pointed out that I thought my machine hadn’t done enough of a spin cycle for my towels, they helped me get it spinning again with no hassle. So kickback, relax, and enjoy some Spanish soaps on the flat screen TVs while you wait!(You know you love it! ;))

Lucy’s on a Friday nite is my life. The staff is darling. The place is always cracking & you will rarely get treated like crap. Oh, they have a popcorn machine! Yes, a popcorn machine!
