I wish I could give 10 stars. My boss gave out over 400 individually embroidered duffel bags for the holidays this year, and I couldn’t have done it without William. He gave us a great price, got it done fast, was always easy to get in touch with, and was incredibly accommodating in the days following when we changed our mind about bag colors, or needed to add more bags, etc. The bags turned out GREAT! We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get the quality we wanted with our budget, but they couldn’t have been better. William is a true professional and I will most certainly be bringing any future business to him.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here. Francisco offered exceptional customer service every time I interacted with him from start to finish of my order. Needless to say, their embroidery was fantastic– not to mention reasonably priced– and I can’t recommend them enough.

Francisco and staff went above and beyond to embroider Ts for our teddybear team mascots,(see photo«Team Whyte») The shirts measured 3.5“x 4.5″, which made it challenging being so small. They far exceeded my expectations and I’m a very happy customer. Professional and friendly. I recommend L.A. World Embroidery for custom-made swag.

This place is awesome and at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and met the owner(William) who is a good guy and will work with you to get your order to perfection. Small shop in Los Angeles that can be very convenient to those who choose not to travel a far distance. Depending on the request, the shop can get it done within 20mins(varies on task). Two thumbs on my end…

Great embroidery place! I had tote bags embroidered for trophies for a sailing regatta and William did a great job. It was a complicated order as each bag had to be different for 1st place, 2nd place ect. The embroidery detail came out great! Everyone is going to love these trophies. Williams prices were competitive and he had great customer service. Was easy to communicate with over the phone, text and email. I am planning to bring shirts here next week to get embroidered as well. Will definitely continue to use him for any embroidery needs.

Amazing! Made my USC graduation sash so last minute with quality work and no rush fee! Would recommend him over any other place! Very kind and kept me up to date throughout the process. My sash was done in one day when everyone else was charging me an extra 45 $ to get it done in two days

I wish I could give them a great review, but after going there and waiting for 30 minutes, to get help with my graduation sash, I left the store with my sash and feeling like I wasted my gas and time to go there. There was nobody in front and there were people behind working. I felt that they were ignoring me when I was over there. I am a kind of person who finds it rude to yell and let them know that there is a client, It should be their job to see if clients need help or not. I also notice that there were cameras in front, so somebody in the store had to see that I was waiting in front. I have to give this place 1 star, it really deserves 0 starts due to the bad customer service and having me wait 30 minutes. I showed up early at 10 am and waited from 10am to 10:30am. I waited and waited, and nobody walked in front or even showed any kind of interest to help me. I do not know how the last 5 people, who reviewed this place, were able to get customer service or get them to notice them? But! I showed up and nobody was in front of the store… I really wanted to get my sash ready for graduation… I guess I will have to go without it being embroidered. Thank guys! thanks for your«great customer service» and awesome work on my embroider’ –_–

Thanks to Los Angeles World Embroidery who got me out of a pickle! After my order from Etsy got screwed up I was in a pinch to have my daughters 21st Birthday Sash for her to wear to Vegas made! I called them and explained my dilemma and William was so understanding and helpful! He even offered to go out and purchase the sashes for me! But I had to look at the colors, but needless to say that I dropped the sashes to him on my lunch break, we went over what I wanted and his suggestions and ideas were spot in! So after work I went from downtown to pick up my two sashes and it was perfect because they close late(7pm) and they came out beautiful! AND the best part is what I would have paid on Etsy for 1 sash I was able to get 2 sashes for my daughter! They are so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this business for all your embroidery or silk screen printing! They are the best! I put a pic of her sashes above! Thanks again William!

Today was my CSUN graduation ceremony. A few days before I came to this location with 4 sashes wanting some embroidery work… I was a bit skeptical due to the lack of reviews. But I am so glad I came to this location. I took in my sashes with my ideas and the gentleman showed me a sash he had done for a USC student. It looked nice and I incorporated the idea of using my schools logo. It came out amazing. The writing was well done, the color was on point with the sash and my school. The logo was awesome. Me and my three friends were the only ones in the ceremony to have the schools matador logo on our sashes. People would ask us where we had our sashes done. On top of that, exceptional customer service. How? There was a slight error in the sashes that was caught after we left due to my rush and waiting last minute to get these sashes done. I let them know and it was fixed and taken care during after hours the last night(the night before the ceremony) because he knew this event was important for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any type of embroidery work needed. It’s a clean job, a lot cheaper compared to competitors in the area, and bad ass customer service. 5⁄5! I will upload pics of our sashes.

I totally believe in doing business within your community… But, even if I lived far away I would come and do business here. Mr. Gamero did an outstanding job for me and I could be happier… This place is awesome! William is quick, efficient and very nice. All I can say is if your are looking for embroidery work to be done for your team, school, work, fire station, bags and jackets… this is the place… don’t think for a second that if you go «downtown» you’ll get a better deal, you will not… William’s price was cheaper and quality of work far superior to the«other» downtown places I’ve used before!!!

This place is awesome! William is quick, efficient and very nice. For culinary students who need an embroidery job done, this place charges only $ 5/jacket! Plus you get it done the same day – as in 15 – 20 minutes. It’s a hidden gem here in Glassell Park!
