Worst tint shop in LA. I took my new convertible to get tints done, and the worker broke my passenger window, when it came to replacing the window, I let the worker now my window is an original window, and they need to replace it with an original window, they assured me that they would. They sent me to a window shop by 6^th and alameda, where they reassured me the window they where putting on was original. At the end of the day it turns out the window was not an original window it was an aftermarket window. Now the window does not fully go all the way in, and when I went back to complain, the owner refused to take responsibility for it, throwing it all on the worker, who was now no where to be found. On top of everything the tint job was horrible. It had air bubbles everywhere, and when I went back to have them replaced because the tints had warrantee, they refused to change them all, and gave me this lame excuse that no car will ever come out perfect, with no air bubbles, which is ridiculous. At the end of the day I demanded a refund on the tints, which they only gave me a partial refund, because according to them material costs $ 40, which is as well ridiculous. Again worst tint shop in LA, save your self the headache, go some where else.
