While other regimens can break you down over time, we felt the need to create a sustainable method that strengthens, empowers and corrects you. With intelligence and direction we naturally rebuild the body and change the status quo of how people think about fitness. We provide your fitness experience with the comforts and conveniences, which cater to your busy lifestyle.

We designed this program to be an effective, lifelong, and weightless class. Our movement is to create a high intensity, high-​energy class with motivating instructors to guide you to reach your very best YOU. With heart pounding music, you row together, you sweat together, and you push past your limits to get LIT!

Meet the Business Owner

Justin N.

Business Owner

Justin Norris is a certified personal trainer with over 8 years of experience, with a proven record of exemplary knowledge and skill. He received his certification as a CPT, Fitness Nutritional Specialist, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. During his employment at Gold’s Gym he was recognized as one of the youngest fitness directors in Southern California.

Justin’s experience includes training clients for the Dr. Phil and Doctor’s shows, helping them to achieve their goals and win the weight loss competitions. As well as, being featured on Men’s Health Next Top Trainer.
