I would give it no stars if I could. Horrible service. I was told by Chris that walk-ins are welcome — there’s even a sign in the window that says that– yet I was turned away at 5:30pm when there was only 1 person in the store. I was told by Michael they are too busy to see me. Chris on the phone told me I was eligible for my insurance to cover my contacts and when I went in the next day, I was turned away saying I had to wait another week for insurance to cover my portion. Horrible experience and unfriendly staff. I would suggest to everyone they go elsewhere. I called the corporate office and no one responded to my complaint. Seems lenscrafters just don’t care.

I don’t particularly care for this location especially since Dr. Lea wasn’t very warm, friendly, or patient during examination. Also, we had to repeat an exam at another location because we couldn’t follow up as many times as she had expected. This doctor seemed to be short and seemingly frustrated during contact lens examination. Go to another location.
