Meet the Business Owner

Armando A.

Business Owner

With 37 years of commercial real estate experience I specialize in retail leasing and sales of shopping centers as well as land development throughout Southern California.

My team has successfully represented many retail projects, large and small, including many high density infill projects throughout Southern California, such as the 200,000 sq ft The Wilshire Union Center west of downtown and the 325,000 sq ft Chesterfield Square Shopping Centerproject in South Los Angeles, both of which were highly successful in their respective trade areas and helped foster other new development in their neighborhoods. I recently completed a new 35,000 sq. ft. Walmart Neighborhood Market & Pharmacy at Cesar Chavez & Grand Ave in Chinatown, the first of that prototype in Downtown Los Angeles and one of the first in Southern California.
