I was looking for a good Notary, you might ask what do I mean a good Notary, don’t they just sign your document and use their stamp. NO a good Notary, knows about the document that they are signing, they can explain to you what the document is for and why it needs to be notarized (I think they should know something about Real Estate documents, tax, documents, probate documents, etc).
With that being said Laura of LB Taxes knows about more than documents, she has a clear understanding of taxes, 1099’s and the toughest of them all back taxes.
I felt very comfortable with Laura, (you know how PICKY I am and DO NOT like to hire someone that does not know their job) this certainly was not the case with Laura (LB Taxes has set prices, NO picking Prices out of the air, another one of my pet peeves)
I came from an IT and accounting background and know about lots of documents and think that people that get paid with a 1099 should truly understand what a 1099 stand for and know that it is their responsibility to file it as if they were filing a W2, Schedule C or E any tax document or any 1099 (from 1099INT’s to1099G’s $$$, if you should be so LUCKY) hahaha, the most common would be the 1099Misc.
Laura knows the meaning of all the 1099’s as well as RE documents and Tax documents (it was like talking to an Accountant and Attorney) without the SHADY side, Lol
