Just your typical neighborhood liquor store with a decent selection of beer. The reason behind the 2 star review is because a lot of the snacks they have here are expired(except for the beer). Soda, chips, ramen, you name it. Purchase with caution!!!

Note: They do not take credit cards. You can pay with a debit card, but if it’s under $ 10 they add a fee, like 35 or 45 cents. Don’t buy food or toiletries here, as it’s a universal law that they are overpriced at convenient stores.(I paid $ 7 for a jar of Nutella. My chocolate jones was no joke.) As far as beverages, if an item has no price tags I highly suspect they MAKEUPPRICESATTHEREGISTER. Always ask the price before checking out, because you’ll find that Barefoot Chardonnay is on sale for $ 6.99 while a nearly identical brand of Chardonnay on the same row is almost $ 10. You may be charged $ 5 for a can of Starbucks coffee drink. You’ve never paid more than $ 4.50 for a bottle of Andre’ Peach Passion here, but the Strawberry Arbor Mist crap right next to it – which only contains a few drops of actual wine – is rung up as $ 7!!! Also, they never give you a receipt unless you ask. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because for a corner store in a crappy neighborhood they have a great alcohol selection, with SOME of the same wines and liquors being cheaper than Ralph’s or BevMo. This is not the place to go though if you’re a craft beer aficionado. It doesn’t get any fancier than Shock Top’s poor imitation of hefeweizen. At least they have long hours.

Great place, great liquor selection and great people running Lawrence Liquor. I live close by and it was such a godsend to have a quality liquor store so close to my house. My bf and I stop in a few days a week. If you’re in the area and are looking for a good beer and liquor selection this is the place. PS the taco guys that post up outside serve up some tasty asada
