Business Owner

Attorney Rafael Shpelfogel, a member of the Federal District Court as well as the California, New York, and New Jersey State Bar, graduated from Rutgers University, School of Business in 2002. During his time at Rutgers, Mr. Shpelfogel was accepted into the prestigious Gamma Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

After completing his studies at Rutgers University, he took the next step towards a career providing legal aid by attending Brooklyn Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 2005.

After graduating from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Shpelfogel became an associate at the Law Offices of Benjamin Pinczewski, providing legal aid specializing in real estate, tax and estate planning.

In 2008 Mr. Shpelfogel decided to move from New York to California in order to open his own practice. During this time he specialized in renegotiating bank loans, helping many families in need of legal aid keep their homes and businesses by reducing their monthly mortgage payments.

Daniel s I don’t know who u r but I had Rafael and I had to fire him he would not answer my calls never returned my calls when I need it answer to my case he would always say they don’t answer me or I asked them but they said no for 6 months I put up with it now I have a new attorney and in less than 2 months have done way more than he did so with that said I would never recomend him to anyone and that’s y he got fired

In 5 five years of riding I had never encountered such an irresponsible and careless driver like I did on April 13th, 2015. I was on my way to work just like any other day and in a split second I was struck by this person. I didn’t even have time to attempt to stop or maneuver my cruiser out of harm’s way… It was a very scary experience and I am thankful to be alive.
I was referred to Rafael by a colleague who had Rafael represent him in the past, he spoke very highly of Rafael so I gave him a call. Rafael always updated me on the status of the case and even personally would call me check up on my condition on a regular basis. He went above and beyond covering all basis to build a solid case. During our mediation with the other driver’s insurance company Rafael would not take no for an answer he was like a snapping turtle (lol) and was able to get me a substantial settlement, I was impressed when I heard the figure. Before I was referred to Rafael I was very skeptical about all those law offices on TV, Radio and Google I hope my review can give someone peace of mind.

It all started the night that my family and I were struck by another car while we were driving home. My sister was taken to the hospital by ambulance due to her injuries. A couple of days after the accident I spoke with a few friends of mine and they recommended Rafael.
Rafael was easily reachable, very forthcoming about his experience with cases like mine and my family members and very flexible with his schedule. He even came to my house to get the case started and explained the retainer point-​by-​point before we moved forward.
Over the course of the next few months Rafael kept me updated on the progress of the case and made sure my expectations were in line with the many possible outcomes. He worked hard to build the best case for me and my family and in the end the outcome was exactly what we expected.
I always felt at the top of his list regardless of how many clients he had. He was very responsive to all of my calls and emails. I would recommend Rafael to anyone who needs an advocate in their corner.
