Rachel and Ashley were knowledgable and friendly but still aggressive when it came to my case. It was really great to feel like they were looking out for my best interest.
Rachel answered all my questions and gave me the honest feedback I needed. While I hope I never have another injury to see them about again, i wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

DAG and Rachel helped me after I was involved in a motorcycle accident late 2015. They were very communicative and happy to explain finer points of the process if I had any questions. They handled communication with the insurance companies and all other involved parties. I am very thankful for their help in what would have otherwise been a very difficult process.

2.5 stars, but I won’t round up to a 3 star review.
My case took nearly a year to resolve and during that time I found communication from the Daniel Gibalevich team to be poor at best.
First off, initially a woman named Blanca was handling my case. After the initial couple of emails, I couldn’t get her to respond to any of my inquiries. The chiropractor they recommended to me ended up causing me a serious amount of back pain (I had to end manual adjustments) — never once did she return my messages about how to address this situation.
Six months with ZERO communication I sent a registered letter. That is when I found out Blanca would no longer be handling my case but Boris would.
To his credit, Boris was good about responding within a day or two of emails — he is what earns this review the 2.5 stars.
What finally rubbed me the wrong way were the lack of information once the settlement offer had been made. Look — I get that this was going to be a minimal payment but again in two areas I feel communication failed on the law firm’s part.
1. We asked and were told that the insurance carriers were not going to pursue their medical reimbursements. Wow! Great! Except that the insurance changed their minds and ultimately did want to be reimbursed. This is a piece of information I feel should have been relayed to us before we accepted the payment.
2. In early April, I received four letters from the insurance company stating checks had been cut to the law firm. I waited a couple weeks to hear from Boris and nothing was said. I received the final paperwork, signed it, and a week and a half later had to write to see if it was being processed. At that time I was told yes it had been and they were awaiting the checks. Yes, the checks that had already been sent a few weeks prior. But you know, things can take time so I waited another week and received another round of letters from the other insurance company indicating the checks had been delivered a few weeks prior. So I wrote to Boris again, and he noted he would need to see if they arrived. Finally, they said the checks had and we picked up our reimbursement the next day. My spidey sense says that these checks were hanging out in the office for awhile. And who knows, maybe they needed additional internal processing? I would have just hoped that the office would of had better communication skills and acknowledged the checks arrivals and where they were in processing.
So what can you learn from this? You’ll need to be patient as the process will take nearly a year (or longer), you need to HOUND your lawyer every step of the way for information, and before you accept your final payment ask for a breakdown.
I would not go through this ordeal with a law firm again. Considering the final amount was less than all the work time I missed from the accident and unnecessary appointments — it wasn’t worth it.

Daniel and I talked about the prior issues that I had regarding the case and turns out that it was a lot of miscommunication. Daniel gave me great advice and he is still willing to help me seek compensation for my car damages! I’m so glad that we had a chance to hash things out for a positive experience after all.
