Established in 2013.
Having worked for government agencies and sole practitioners for over twelve years, Mr. Pawley founded his firm on the simple principle of client centered practice. Dale believes that the client’s concerns ought to be put before profits, and personal ego. In practice, Dale saw a need for a firm that timely returns client phone calls, gives realistic advice and allows clients the freedom to pursue their legal goals, given their meticulously researched and explained options.

Mr. Dale Daniel Pawley, Esq. is licensed to practice law in all state courts within California, and the Federal District Court, Central District of California. Mr. Pawley has extensive experience in Criminal Law, representing the rights of Defendants at trial for the Maricopa County, AZ. Office of the Public Defender, as well as for the People as a member of the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. Dale makes regular appearances in Immigration Court and is well versed on NCAA by-laws, and the ever-changing landscape of California educational law, regarding student discipline.
Mr. Pawley also practices in immigration law in an of counsel role with L.A. Immigration Attorneys, and is frequently investigates and files motions on behalf of clients seeking post-conviction relief in order to gain eligibility for legal immigration status.
Dale received his B.A. from UCLA, and J.D. at Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ.
