I went in for the iLipo, was greeted warmly by Rushanna. She gave me full details about the treatment which was very informative. I was also told about additional treatments that would enhance the results of the iLipo, but it was never pushed on me.
I had 14 sessions and had really great success. I lost a total of 7.5 inches — 3 from my upper abdomen, 3 from mid and 1.5 from lower. I felt relaxed and comfortable at every session. The facility is immaculately clean (and I’m a germaphobe). I highly recommend Laser Sculpture and plan to return myself.

My ex boyfriend bought a groupon deal and I got laser hair removal for my chin and I loved it. It was not painful at all and the staff were so friendly and inviting. It was very effective and worth recommending. Definitely check it out.

I got a groupon for laser hair removal $ 99 for 6 sessions on a small area. It only took 2 to make a huge difference so I’m so grateful I did it. It hurts a little bit but it’s worth it to not be self conscious and damaging my skin by plucking. Shahla is really great and does it quickly and thoroughly. I’m talking like 2 – 3 minutes for a small area which is great.
Only negative is that parking here can be a pain.

I first found Laser Sculpture through a Groupon deal. I have to admit I was a bit sketchy but was willing to give it a try. I first called to set up an appointment and tried to immediately book for 8 sessions of i-​Lipo because I just I knew I needed «the works.» I ended up speaking with Ruzanna and instead of just booking me for the sessions I requested, she suggested I come in for a free consultation to be certain that is what I actually needed.
Needless to say, when I came in she was both excellent and thorough in her explanation of the services they had to offer to help me achieve my goals. She did not sell me an unrealistic dream but told me in an honest manner what results I should expect. After just 5 sessions I have already seen results! I lost 2 inches around my waist and an inch around my hips and «belly». In addition I dropped 10 lbs since my first session.
Both Ruzanna and Tanya were both pleasant and professional. The offices are clean and quite. If highly recommend this office if you are looking to tone up and get in shape for the summer!

I just finished 6 sessions laser therapy for my bikini line. I am very pleased with the results. The staff is very professional and courteous here, they always make sure to call you to remind you about your appointment which really helps. The nurse, Shala is very personable and caring. She is also very knowledgeable about the procedures. I have some small spider veins on my legs, I will definitely book my next appointment with them to take care of. I would definitely recommend them, the prices are fair and reasonable and if you can get a groupon deal its worth it. What I like best is that I can get there after work, I don’t have to take any time off of work like my dermatologist who is in Beverly Hills and the parking is free.

I have been going for laser hair removal. The staff there is so friendly and made me feel comfortable. They explained exactly what they were going to do. I also got a great deal on Amazon local and I’m very happy with my treatment. Very little pain. Must check this place out.

I got my groupon and came for my procedure. From the start their receptionist Tanya was very informative and sweet. When I got to the location she was even sweeter and courteous and professional. I also met the nurse Shahla who explained the procedure in detail And was also very nice and knowledgable. I’m not sure what others were saying about sanitation but I’m a health care professional myself and they did sanitize their equipment right in front of my eyes. Overall great experience. Hope my treatment works

If I could give a lower rating I would. Do not waste your money and find a better place to have these treatments performed. After being promised the treatments would be performed by a licensed professional the receptionist ended up doing them and asked me where to put the device. Seriously, she asked me instead of. l I don’t know, looking at my chart? What a joke. Like others I was sold more services and didn’t get the results promised. After my treatments the ‘nurse’ while wearing ugg boots and a skirt tried to justify the lack of results by asking me what I changed in my lifestyle (exercise and water intake) then proceeded to report higher water intake and exercise than I was told to do originally upon my consultation. You are told to increase water intake and exercise (which is how most people lose weight), so why use these devices???
Not to mention the treatments are semi private as they leave the doors open while you are changing, at least they did for me. Not professional, go to a real doctor (real doctors name on the door but after nearly 6 visits I never saw a doctor or more than 1 employee in the building).
Buyer beware.

This place is definitely a RIP OFF!!! Purchased the i-​Lipo sessions from Groupon and when I went in, the lady tried to sell me on something else. They run a pretty shady business. I tried one of the sessions and did not see any difference even though they stated that I would see a difference. They requested that I get more treatments to reach my goal. Just a tactic to steal your money. Do not bother with this place.

I purchased a groupon for iLipo. I’ve been struggling with my weight and I finally wanted to get rid of my love handles.
My first meeting with Ruzanna was wonderful. She is very welcoming and patient. She thoroughly explained each treatment, and how it works. She was honest and clearly told me that I need to be healthier in order to see good results. After a couple of session I started to see great results. After my groupon promotion was over, I decided to book more session.
The office itself is great. Ruzanna keeps the office very clean. Each room is cleaned and sanitized after each treatment is done. Again, everything is thoroughly sanitizing from the iLipo machine to the body wrap… everything is sterilized for the next client.
Overall, I have had a positive experience at this establishment. I highly recommend Laser Sculpture.

I had some random veins that started popping out in my face (nothing that couldn’t be covered with makeup easily, but it was bothering me, and one «boo boo» I had for years and never healed). I went in for a laser treatment and could not have had a better experience. Shahla was so welcoming and had excellent customer service — she told me that if this treatment didn’t work and I needed to do a different (more expensive) laser treatment she would deduct the cost of this treatment from it. That is amazing — I’ve never had any cosmetic procedure before where they go over and beyond for your best results at a reasonable and fair price.
During the treatment itself I felt little pain as she took great measures to apply aloe Vera all over my face to help cool the laser pricks. She also constantly checked in with me every few seconds to make sure I was «still okay» and «let me know when you start to hate me (for the pain, lol)». It was not bad at all, and I did see results IMMEDIATELY as I left (and then more in the month that followed). She also got onto me for not always wearing sunscreen during the day and in general made me feel like she really cares about my health as someone important to her. Also, as I left she made a point to give me some Oxygenetix moisturizer for my face to help it heal and protect it for the rest of the day. That stuff is expensive but she gave me a big dollop and later asked if I needed more. Shahla is just, in a word, awesome.

Ruzanna’s bedside manner is wonderful. They were very flexible with pricing and all the clients love them!

I had heard about Laser Sculpture through Groupon for the iLipo, and the deal seemed too good to not at least come in for a consultation. I called & they had room for me that day!
When I went in, Ruzanna was great to talk to, as she explained how everything worked. She was also honest, which was refreshing, and showed me real photo results others had gotten.
The place itself is great — has its own parking lot, and she plays soothing music while you’re in there. I’m going to miss not having a 20 minute power nap in the middle of my days!
I did the full 8 sessions, and ended up losing 5 ½ inches around my stomach, which I am definitely happy about. I highly recommend going in!

I got Botox here and little resulted compared to what 20 units administered somewhere else does. Their Botox doesnt seem to be full strength…

Shalla is very good at anything to do with injections/​fillables — and I had excellent results on Zerona. I left a detailed review already on Zerona. But after 12 I saw excellent results, and lost weight. that resistant fast is no match to the laser. Shalla medical grade face treatments are the real deal.

You’ve heard it, I’ve heard it — Results may vary.
I had already set myself up for low expectations, but was also willing to try anything to lose the fat in those troublesome areas. At my first session, the laser technician Ruzanna took one look at me and said I would need at least 9 to 12 sessions to see really good results. She also said I would have to watch what I eat and exercise. I couldn’t help but feel even more skeptical.
So the first time under the Zerona lasers and feeling nothing — no pin pricks, not even a little heat from the laser, I was again further convinced this wasn’t going to work. Ruzanna is very sweet, but her continued mantra of eating right and exercising didn’t help my confidence.
But guess what? My before-​and-​after measurements proved that Zerona works. After just six sessions I had lost 2 inches from my hips and my stomach AND an inch from my waist! I couldn’t believe it.
It suddenly became clear. Ruzanna truly only had the best intentions for me. She WANTS you to do well. She WANTS you to see results and the only way you are going to get them is if you don’t sabotage yourself. And if you do, she will be the first to scold you, and trust me, you don’t want that. She’s like mama bear, looking over you and your whole treatment.
The best way I can describe how I believe Zerona works is this: Zerona helps break up the solid fat in your trouble areas. So why eat high-​in-​fat food that will bind back the fat that just got broken down by Zerona? Zerona also just made it easier for you to BURN off the broken-​down fat through exercise. So you NEED to exercise to help burn off that now loosened fat before it resettles in.
Take it from this skeptic — It’s true — every person’s results WILL vary. My results (which I’m still in awe of), however, have given me the motivation and push I needed to get my rear in gear.

I recently purchased a deal on Groupon for Latisse. I give them two stars simply because they delivered what they promised. However… the entire thing was shady. If I hadn’t purchased on Groupon I would have been worried.
I call a number listed on Groupon. Someone picks up and tells me to call another number. I call that number and leave a message. A lady calls me back (seemed like she was driving, this was in the middle of a business day) and tells me to show up on Saturday morning, she’ll be waiting for me.
Saturday rolls around. I drive up and notice no signs for Laser Sculpture even though it’s the right addy, but there is a Yoshinoya just as the lady said. I park and go up the stairs. I follow the numbers to 209. It’s not Laser Sculpture but a dental office. Hmmm… I walk into the sad looking dental office and ask the receptionist if this is Laser Sculpture. She says to wait and calls up another lady. Yes, this is the lady with the thick accent I spoke to yesterday.
I tell her I bought two Groupons for a total of four bottles of Latisse. She hands me a form to fill out while she walks back and returns with four boxes. They look like the real thing from Allergan with the brushes and everything. Although every second one says it’s a promotional sample and not for resale. I think Allergan ran a buy one get one free offer last spring. Looks like they stock piled and ran this promotion. My guess is that Allergan would not be happy with them selling these.
The lady asked if I ever used it before. I said «no». She just shrugged and handed them over. No instructions, no warning of potential side effects, nothing. Good thing I’m a nut job that researches everything to death. There are side effects so do your research people!
Would I ever go back? NO. Would I recommend to a friend? NO. The product did look legit when I opened at home. I have seen the kits before and they appear the same. The bottles are sealed.
Now just waiting to see if this was the real stuff and works.

I had botox and zerona treatment. VERY satisfied with the results. Already referred two of my friends.
