Laser Engraving Express

I had a silver ring engraved with my wife and my two daughters names. It came out looking really nice. They had it done for me on time. Only thing i can complain about is the damm parking in downtown sucks. But if you can get someone to drive around ur in and out really quick. All and all i am a very happy customer with my custom jewelry.

Three years ago I went here to have a tie clip engraved with a special image that I designed myself. They did a perfect job laser engraving it and had it ready the same day. I gave it to the man who is now my husband on our first Valentine’s together. Now, three years later, I needed a gift for him for our first married Valentine’s. The original tie clip has gotten a little scratched and worn (he wears it every day), so I decided to get him another one. I went back to Laser Engraving Express and boy had they gotten busy! Lots more people in the store than the last time I went. Still, they were able to do the job within an hour and it came out even more beautifully than last time. My husband loved his Valentine’s gift and now he wears the new one every day. Thank you Laser Engraving Express for making not one but two meaningful gifts come out perfectly!

One of the greatest and the nicest people I have came across I went in on a Saturday I needed to get etching done on a iPad they said it will take a few days but I told them that it was very important I needed it done same day they made it happen for me extremely grateful and thank you again for all your help:) it made the gift 10X better thanks to you…

When I called laser engraving express I thought I was calling a professional business. I told the man on the phone that I had a brass guitar slide to be engraved.
He explained the limitations with the artwork I emailed and asked me to come in, saying he could do it for $ 35-​$ 50. When I arrived he had an assistant working who told me it could not be done the way my artwork was arranged. The man I spoke to on the phone, Mervyn, then chimed in that he told me it could not be done. This was contrary to what he said on the phone. If I had known from our very detailed phone call that it could not be done I would not have gone in. Since I was told I could have the art as I sent it, I was happy to go in.
Once I revised the art with his assistant, I was a bit disappointed, but happy that it could be done at least similar to what I expected.
When I called to pick it up, Mervyn answered in a rotten tone, «It’s done.» I arrived and he was alone, eating and talking on his cell. He opened the door, did not acknowledge me, and didn’t stop eating or talking. He talked continuously on his cell about how to avoid paying a debt. As he talked, he retrieved the finished piece which was in a plastic bag. He finally put down the phone and said, «what do you think?». I smiled and said, «it’s very good. I wish I had a better surface to work with so all the art could have fit». He answered, «whatever. Its the best we could do. I don’t care.» Then, he asked, «I need that plastic bag. Can’t you drop it in your purse?»
I guess he didn’t want my business and was too rude and self involved to take my money. When he gave me my change he threw it on the counter in crumpled bills.
Basically, he was as rude as they get.
This is a place where people spend their money and effort on very personal items. There is a full case of wedding rings. I wonder if he is such a bitter old man that he doesn’t know every time someone walks in there it’s to create something very personal. It’s not just the cost of the engraving, it’s the service provided too.
I will now go out of my way to unrecommend this place. If you have a sentimental piece you care about giving to someone this is NOT the place to go.
I have a lot of diamonds and was going to go back for an engagement ring. Clearly, the man profiles a person as not worth his time. BIG REGRET GOING HERE.

Traveling for my honeymoon and I needed to get a lock engraved that we can take to Paris, lock to ‘Lovers Bridge’ and throw the keys in the River. My wife is very excited about this. I of course, waited until the last minute to do it all. It took a few mins to find the place, they are in #302 but the sign on the door does not say Laser Engraving Express, but they were in there. They were extremely helpful and the work is fantastic, my wife will be so happy.

I loved the customer service i got at Laser Engraving Express. I had 20 shot glasses engraved as a party favor for an event and Brandon was more than helpful. He was quick about getting back to me when i had questions… and just truly took the time to let me express exactly what i wanted. If you need anything engraved… ask for Brandon!

My husband and I had our titanium bands engraved on the outside and they looked fantastic afterwards. It was a quick and professional and I’m not complaining about the price.

Had 6 Leatherman Skeletool CXs engraved for my groomsmen. Mervyn was fantastic. He was precise, professional and delivered exceptional service and was ready before his estimated delivery. In addition, he had the best selection of engraving fonts I had seen in any of the 6 or so places I checked out, and at a better price. Fast, precise and affordable. Will use again.

I engraved a Lamy pen with them. It came out perfect and they were really nice. It only took them one hour to have it ready for me.

I had to get my fiancé’s wedding ring laser engraved, because it’s tungsten carbide. I was having an awful time finding a place to get it done, most places require you buy it there, and I got it for $ 13.99 on eBay. I found Laser Engraving Express and sent the ring off on Monday. I got it in the mail today (Saturday!), and it was going from VA to CA and back! I’m super impressed, the engraving looks fabulous.
