Free parking at this location at El Mercadito. I love the raspado fresa de lechera! Parking lots are crowded b/​c many people eat in their cars, no seating for your snack consumption. Signs say you can’t stand around & eat but we hang out & enjoy our raspados. It helps if you can speak a tiny bit of Spanish in case you have questions. Cash only. Come check it out!!!
